Absolute worst experience of my life. I go in for a headlight and to get it changed. They say they can’t change it cool. Useless employee spits out numbers to me as if I’m gonna understand what he means. And after I go to change to the bulb the moron gave me the wrong one after I basically forced him to go and grab it for me because again I want to reiterate numbers and random letters mean nothing to me. The dude who actually helped me return it and give me the correct one was cool tho.
Awhile back I went there to purchase lower ball joints for my cobalt. They ended up selling me the wrong parts 3 different times before one of there employees realized that they kept giving me the wrong ball joints
Professional and helpful staff, affordable and quality parts.
Manager refused to sell me $5.00 worth of plastic body panel retainer pins unless I gave them my phone number. The manager stated it was for "warranty purposes". I told her there was no warranty on this item. I am tired of companies insisting you give them your personal information to conduct a transaction. I guess all my business will go to Auto Zone and online parts dealers from now on.

Website says it opens at 7:30a.m., sign out front says opens at 7:30 a.m. yet its 7:45 2nd day in a row. Then try to tell me that the part im requesting isnt what i need screw this place
Went to get a quart of oil but after talking to the employee I made an appt for an oil change with the dealer. He was very helpful
Such awesome employees! I was in town at the hospital with my father when my car died. I have never had my car die at home much less over 200 miles away from home. Tyler very quickly told me it was the battery and tested to be sure. He then picked out a battery and took care of the rest for us. The past 3 days have been terrible for my family and Tyler did what he could to make that easier on us. I would recommend this location to everyone.
I called to ask if a device was made to keep power to the car computer when removing battery terminals for cleaning. The manager took over the call to explain they are available but they didn't currently have them in stock. I explained it was my daughter's car who was traveling and the battery terminals were very corroded. She said to bring it by and they would hook it to their machine to preserve any settings and clean up the terminals. She suggested a $3 kit to help prevent them from corroding again. Preston did the work. He took out the battery, cleaned everything, checked the battery which was fine and put everything back together with great care....I was VERY impressed.
The employee who waited on me was helpful in finding a plastic push pin for the bumper of a Toyota Camry. I didn't see one for a Toyota that looked like it would match, but he found me one made for a Nissan that worked just fine. He said a lot of the Asian vehicles used the same design. The store was also very neat, and the staff was friendly.
