I have been going there for 2 years. When I went in for my 6th scheduled visit, they canceled my appointment and told me they no longer do dental visits on Wednesday. I only had the appointment scheduled for 6 months. The young girl behind the front desk was really rude and embarrassed me Infront of the entire front office staff. I do not get embarrassed easy. I did not reschedule my office visit and I will not be back for this reason.
I went there twice for evaluation, cleaning, and filling. The first time I went for filling, I came out with my nerves extremely sensitive and in pain for weeks. I went back for these pain, and was told that the last dentist missed a tooth for filling. They filled that tooth, and the pain was a little better, but still sensitive. A couple months later now, my nerves are extremely inflamed again around the same region, and I have to find other dentists to help fix the problem. I haven't been able to eat or drink anything remotely different from room temperature for months now. My teeth sensitivities are way worse than they were before the two visits. I highly suggest avoiding this place.
No one here tells you what they’re doing before they do it, or provides any instructions. Examples: they didn’t ask if I had any body jewelery before an xray luckily I remembered, didn’t ask what kinds of fillings I wanted or inform me about my options, and frequently prescribed procedures that they couldn’t remember prescribing when I came in for the appointment. Hard to get a word out of anyone, and there have been several times that something hurt really really bad and no one warned me. Results and care extremely sub-par - I’m going to have to go to another dentist to complete/fix some of the procedures I had done here incomplete appliance removal, half-done cleaning, etc. The last straw was my most recent appointment - I was writhing in pain and bleeding, waving my hands to get them to stop, and they responded by tugging on my lips and leaning over me to keep me still. I had to jerk down to the bottom of the chair to get away from the dentist, because she wouldn’t let go of my head. Stay away. Worst dental care I’ve ever received and I don’t know why I came back.
I had an emergency and walked in without an appointment. They saw me right away, took my insurance info in seconds and had me receiving treatment within minutes of walking in. On top of that, they were extremely nice, professional, courteous. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. Thank you!
I made a same day appointment and was able to get everything taken care of in about 2 hoursdeep clean & a filling with the least pain I’ve had in a dentist. The team really cares about you and makes sure your comfortable many times throughout your visit. Very impressed!
Worst Dental Experience of My Life!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk lady and the Dentist are super sweet but the assistants are EXTREMELY ROUGH and SO RUDE
This place is horrible! They stabbed a hole in the bottom of my tounge and I was left with nothing to do than go to the hospital! I would not recommend to anybody!
