Advance Family Care in Orange city

Dr Ibrahim is the Best Doctor I have Ever had. I have been going to him for years now. He has Very good Bed side manners and He Truly Cares about his patients. I couldn't have asked for a better Doctor. The Staff is Also very caring and helpful.

I have been going to Advanced Family Care for over 5 years, #1 find when we moved to the area. II'll try to summarize all the wonderful things, I have to say about this practice. Starting of course with Dr. Ibrahim who is an exemplary physician, who treats his patients like members of his family and ensures that our good health is his priority. Dr. Ibrahim is Kind, he takes pride in his profession, makes absolutely certain that our good health is met, and most of all he is sincerely caring for patients never ever have I felt rushed. Dr. Ibrahim is vastly superior and surpasses all the physicians I’ve known in the past. I’ve being married for almost 40 years, a mother of 4 and grandmother of 6. His nurses and staff are magnificent ambassadors of his excellence! Front office staff prevails in kindness, not just transaction, and nurses are compassionate , thorough, and very detailed in asking questions. I am writing this review to bring awareness to the refusal of care and lack of professionalism that transpired at Advanced Family Care Dr. Magued Ibrahim. I scheduled an appointment with my primary care provider for two reason, to discuss the result of an MRI due to an automobile accident and also to discuss issues with my blood pressure. The day of the visit, I was feeling very ill and had a horrible headache. While I was placed in a private room to wait for the doctor, I heard a nurse Christina and the front desk making jokes about me, Christina nurse said “oh my, now I have to go in to the room with her. “ When Christina nurse entered the room, I told her that I heard their conversation and that it was very hurtful, inconsiderate and unprofessional, she did not respond. After waiting for the provider an additional 30 mins or so, I lost confidence that the provider and staff had the best interest of my care in mind. There was very little consideration of my condition and a lack of concern. I walked out of the private room and asked them to cancel the visit. One of the main reasons why I write is for next sick patient that comes into the office in need of assistance. Unfortunately the incompetency of staff is detrimental to the service the doctor provides. Patient’s health and the Quality of Care should be the highest priority. Unfortunately I walked out of the doctor’s office without care and possible risk of a heart attack or stroke due to Advanced Family Care’s Staff. I am employed with an insurance provider, I am an Advocate for quality healthcare my experience with this provider group was a nightmare and I do not wish that level of care on anyone.

I wish there was a choice for ZERO stars. Dr. Magued happens to be THE MOST unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Not only is he unprofessional, but he is rude, he doesn't spend more than 5 minutes per patient, and doesn't care if you have been prescribed medication for 15 years, it's his way or the highway. His rates are outrageous for his lack of being an actual doctor. Dr. Magued shows up 20 minutes late to my 9 am appointment, makes two attempts to draw blood, fails, and reschedules me to come back. Mind you I have gone to Labcorp and had blood drawn without ANY issues, multiple times. A doctor who fails phlebotomy should have been a red flag to me. Then he gets into this "tough guy" act telling me I either follow his rules or I dont see him at all. He is so bad at his practice, that he was willing to leave me for 4 days without clonazepam, which any doctor would know could cause seizures and possibly lead to death. Thank God I called around and found another doctor who will see me tomorrow. Sometimes you wonder how in the world is this person a doctor... Thats how I feel about Dr. Magued. I STRONGLY ADVICE ANYONE FROM SEEING HIM!

Dr. Ibrahim is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever had. He listens to everything you say and does his best to help and find the answers that will work for the patient. His staff is very efficient and friendly.

Dr Ibrahim has been my doctor for ten years and he truly listens to his patients. Very pleased with him the only criticism I have is that the Orange City office is not open every day and it never fails when I get sick I have to seek assistance elsewhere because apparently I only get sick on days they are in a different office

Receptionist is a smart a who hates her job! She pushes a clip board at you that's it. Other day they took me I'm a room and nobody else but me and two receptionist and Dr in office. I waited in room 30 min while Dr and two receptionist giggled and gabbed. After visit I asked receptionist why I could not log in to my health portal. She hugged and went to other room and came back and said " it's not set up" I asked for my lab work results she rolled her eyes and said she would send in mail. Never did!

We have been going to Advanced Family Care for over 2 years and have no negative experience. Like any family care practice, everything is mandated by insurance and guidelines of care. It is our responsibility to always ask questions.

I have been seeing This Dr for a couple of years now And I have never had a problem, he is a good Dr. I think people expect way to much from Dr,s today. Don't believe the bad reviews.

I was looking for a primary care doctor for my elderly Mom. The staff was helpful and courteous. Dr Ibrahim was wonderful caring and thorough.
