This facility has always been great at what they do! Ive never had any issues. Would recommend any day!
They’re rude. As I’m going thru to give the lady my doctors name she just hangs up in my face after having an attitude. If you don’t wanna work there quit and stop being disrespectful.
I’m certain the higher ratings were from employees, family of employees, friends of employees, and/or referring doctor’s offices with shared friends. We all know how this works, especially in such a small town. I live in Orangeburg, so I have had my 3 MRIs done here for Palmetto Orthopedics out of Columbia. Two were for the knee and one for the ankle. All Workman Compensation cases, meaning that each case relied greatly on Radiologist’s report. Every single time, the reports left off significant injuries later seen on views by orthopedist fought tooth and nail to get!, and later seen by having to have multiple surgeries. Things could have been resolved sooner, and a whole lot less painfully, had the reports been more accurate and actually reflected the radiological views. So, 3 strikes you’re out! Also, only about half of the staff is personable and with a nice attitudes. Although I had a pleasant enough visit, I watched as the rest of the staff presented themselves as the typical rude southern woman with nasty attitudes that either felt they were above others or who just wanted to be somewhere else. Just nasty to other clients. Plus, you can easily hear the gossip going on behind the windows, as well as the way they talk about other patients. Vulgar, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. Either better training needs to be done, or firing and new hiring preferred!, or please for goodness sakes, put these women in a soundproof booth. No one wants to hear them. No one, should treat patients the way I saw and heard other patients being treated by some of the staff, and they had to sit there and take it due to their injuries and while waiting on their transportation. Doubtful I will return nor will recommend this place to others. Good luck staying open...in Orangeburg...with attitudes like many of you have. One more thing, learn to read and report the diagnostic images better. Please!

I had a back x-ray yesterday and the staff were very griendly
Had x-ray of elbow, that has a lump as big as a half dollar, can tell there is fluid in it just by looking it and touching it.....but x-rays don't show it? ????
I am the parent of a son with special needs. They are always very patient and accommodating with his needs.
They take sooooooooo long in the back waiting room ..
It wiuld be nive if they would answer the phines
