Doctors Care Orangeburg

From the moment I walked in I felt a warm environment. I got there as the door was opening at 9 am. The young lady that opened the door greeted us warmly. Patients need this when they are not feeling well. I was called promptly. The young lady that took my vitals was nice and warm. In the waiting room, which did not take long at all, the nurse and doctor was thorough. As I was leaving out from being checked, the staff wished me well and their goodbye of have a nice day was genuine. Great Service

My second time needing medical services in the last year. On both occasions I found the medical personnel knowledgeable and personable. They let me know they recognized the person behind the medical condition for which I was receiving treatment. Anne, my treatment provider, patiently and thoroughly answered my questions about my treatment and what to expect after I returned home. Lorie was calm, fast acting and reassuring in her words and action. They were a great team with a great relation that spilled over on the patient, me. I appreciate the way they handled all phases of my care. I hope I won't require their services again but I will not hesitate to make a return visit if needed.

Wonderful care! Nurse Lorie is exceptional and caring and Dr Jolles is a great doctor who takes time with his patients and willing to answer all of your questions. The only problem is calling the office it is close to impossible for you to get a person on the phone.

I had been feeling bad for weeks from flu like symptoms that seemed like they wouldn't go away after I'd tried seemed like every otc medicine I could buy and nothing was working. So I finally went to Doctors Care, and Wow, that was the best decision that I could have made since I couldn't get to my primary care at that time, and I wish I had gone sooner. The service from everyone was awesome. The Doctor was hands on and she gave me so much advice to help me. She went down my list of meds that I already take and informed me of how to safely take them along with otc meds to not aggravate my health issues. She prescribed a med that cured my issue, along with otc meds to help also. And to top everything off, a few days after my visit I received a follow-up phone call just checking on Me to ask how I was feeling and how the medicine was working for me since I left the clinic! I just had to come and leave this review because it's very deserving .

Very attentive. The nurse, Lorie, made great conversation and helped me feel comfortable when I receivedy tetanus shot. Dr. Jolles was helpful and explained the medication very well. They made sure I understood what they were doing and helped me feel comfortable in the office.

Staff, Drs and Nurses are great!! They did their job diligently and professionally!! I’d definitely be coming back in the future if I ever need to.

Our visit at Orangeburg Doctors Care was great as always! Dr. Jollies and Lorie Gilmore were the best! Great Care! Thanks for everything.

Service was fast and easy going and thanks to Ms. kishana at Doctors care of Orangeburg for assisting me with what I need and making my experience here at doctors care a smooth one .

I came in yesterday they said the wait would be 4 hours because they only have 1 doctor.. so I came in today and Signed in at 8:15am it’s now nearly 10am they STILL only have 1 doctor which is insane for a “Doctors” office.. I came to be seen for a simple work excuse ! They are completely inconsiderate for other peoples time. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait all day UPDATE It’s been 2hrs & 30mins total

The front desk staff when I were there were friendly, courteous, easy to ask question and the doctor were great!
