If I could give 0 I would of have, the office staff are rude very unprofessional, they will not respond to your request or call, they don’t care about patients at all, when you call them they will disconnect the call few times, and don’t follow up at all. Please don’t go there. Trust me go somewhere else that they care about your health and pain.
I've been going to advance diagnostic pain treatment since 2013. My neurologist recommended the group. He wanted me to see Dr Robbins unfortunately at the beginning He wasn't taking new patients and I had to see a different doctor who I didn't particularly care for But he did leave the practice. Although I loved seeing the PA's. When the doctor left the practice I was able to get in with Dr Robbins who is phenomenal! I love going to advance diagnostic pain treatment center. Dr Robbins is great. Along with the PA's Andy McDowell is my favorite I see him most of the time and then I see Dr Robbins maybe four times a year I try not to see him every month unless I have a major issue going on since I basically have issues that will not be cured. Is medical assistant Sue is The nicest person I've ever met. I have lots of doctors in Connecticut I've only been living here 7 yrs believe me at lot of my other Dr's offices many of the employees are not pleasant. I wish everyone could be like Sue. I think some people just don't give advance diagnostics pain treatment center a shot. You have to follow the rules especially with everything going on nowadays with people abusing control substances. We might not be abusing them but people might be able to get into our stuff for steal them etc. So just do what you need to do and there won't be a problem. All prescriptions are sent electronically that's the law to have of prescriptions by any doctor even your family doctor to send an antibiotic everything must be sent electronically.
I've been a patient here at Advanced Diagnostic Pain Management for about 7 or more years. I have constant chronic back, leg, and neck pain due to degenerative arthritis. I've had several surgeries. Everyone on staff at this office is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Ligham is my physician and he is so helpful and understanding. The PA's and Doctors are very professional. I am very pleased with the care I receive! Thank you all very much! B.
Dr. Robbins is the 3rd pain management doctor I have seen prior to and after my spine surgeries. I had been in chronic debilating pain for years until I found him. He is familiar with and practices current technologies and treatments for pain, very calm, personable, explains everything thoroughly and an all around nice guy. He literally gave me my life back. I can't praise him enough.
Dr. Ligham is top-notch and wonderfully kind with a great bedside manner. When they say on their website that they do things differently, they really do! He sat with me for over an hour and really got to know me, my pain, my goals, and we decided on a treatment plan that had both his and my input. I am so excited to work with him and improve my pain and quality of life. I can't say enough positive things about my visit and hopes for the next steps, which will start soon.
I've Been fighting chronic pain since a terrible car accident that we survived, Total disc replacement, spinal fusion, as well as, a spinal cord stimulator are my surgeries. Crps as a result of one.... Life has been hell for the last 5 years. I've yet to meet a more compassionate medical team. Dr. Lingham, his PA'S, as well as, the medical assistants Patty, Courtney and others are incredibly professional and compassionate. Within just a couple of months they have already fast exceeded treatment options that my doctor for the last 4 years, didn't even seam to know about. I have hope with this practice and can't wait to see where I will be functionally in just a year.
Dr. Legum does not care about patient's injuries nor does his whole office . They never got to my injuries. and it took over three months before he got my medical records and took 10 minutes to go over my x-rays then send me home no medication he never raise me high enough to relieve my pain he doesn't even deserve one star . I was a patient for almost a year they charge me $5000 for two urinalysis and then discharge me with no medication and I have been in severe pain for six months now can't find another pain management I just wish I never went there
Ive been under Dr. Lighams care for 4 yrs now. He's the compassionate Doctor I've ever had he truly cares about his patients. Rare now a days. All of his staff is very helpful & also compassionate. Thanks Dr. Lighams Andy Patty & the rest of the Staff
Dr. Ligham is the worst dr I have ever been to. He is very rude and belittling I was discriminated by him. I can’t even see a different dr at the practice because one they choose a dr for you you can’t change dr. He is not clear about people who have been approved for medical canibus to have to stop or not. Finally Andy told me that it is one or the other. So I stoped and a month later I had a clean urine test. I risked having a sezuire and had night terrors because I was also on the medical canibus for ptsd. He told me he won’t prescribe me medicine anyway! The office has no idea what to do. I showed up for my first appointment there and she said I needed a referral from my insurance. They should have called me to before I went in. I have RA so I have low immune system. I had 3 cellulitis infections and the dr belated me saying don’t go to walkin for a hang nail and shock his head. If he was a good dr he would have known this could have killed me. Very unkind. He should loose his license.
The nurse named Sue Barry is very nasty and unprofessional to the patients! She speaks very rudely to patients and even walks away mid conversation! She is a poor representation of the business!
