I saw Dr. Cranford in the New Haven office for help with persistent sinus infections. He performed a septoplasty and turbinectomy for me which went wonderfully! He is extremely kind and knowledgeable in his practice. All of the nurses have been helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Cranford and SNEENT in general!
Dr. Cranford and Mary-Kate Morrison were phenomenal providers. They were very accommodating and spent a lot of time going over my treatment options. Great patient centered care!
I saw Dr Cranford for a deviated septum in June. He was fantastic. The surgery went perfectly and looks great 10 months later. More importantly, I can breathe so much better! Dr Cranford did an amazing job of talking me through everything that would happen. I asked a lot of technical questions, and he always spoke frankly and clearly with me about how everything worked. He's genuinely kind and super smart. I always walked away from a meeting with Dr Cranford feeling great. On top of that, he made himself available before and after the surgery in case I had any urgent questions. I strongly recommend him. Southern New England ENT as a whole was also great. I had some other interactions with doctors there and was very pleased.
Doctors have always been good but their scheduling system and receptionists are terrible. Average wait time on the phone to even reach anyone in scheduling is 30 minutes. I was in desperate need to see my doctor but nearest appointment was a month out. I was forced to take the earliest appointment with someone I didn't know at a location that was a lot farther away. I asked to be put on a cancellation list and I called every day for a week in hopes of a cancellation but I kept getting the run around I don't even think they have a cancellation list to be honest. They have multiple locations with multiple doctors, I find it highly unlikely there wasn't a single cancellation over the past week. Receptionist staff didn't seem to care one bit. I'm not sure if the doctors know that this mess is happening but it's enough to send a patient to another practice.
Allergy testing was done well, everything was explained, multiple injections just under the skin were not painful. Results were explained well.
I had a common cold and did a 9.5 hour flight. On the descent, my ears weren't equalizing and were in severe pain. Full hearing wasn't coming back for days. I had another long flight coming up so I asked PA Mary Kate Morrison for advice and she told me it was Eustachian tube dysfunction. I did all of what she suggested for 4 days before my next flight, and was feeling totally de-congested/ unclogged and my hearing came back. 10/10, amazing PA with great advice! Thank you!
If you’re having any issue at all with your ear save yourself the time and sanity and SKIP the urgent care and come right here!!!!! The receptionist was so kind and was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. The whole experience was a breeze. Parking is easy, the building is easy to navigate and I was walking out of the office 10 minutes after my appointment. I saw the PA, Heidi, who was great. Very friendly and bright and was able to get me 100% better in no time. I was so relieved I almost cried happy tears in her office! 10/10 - definitely recommend.
I recently saw Dr. Cranford to correct my deviated septum. Dr. Cranford is very knowledgeable, personable, and I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery. He made sure to address all my questions and concerns as well as well as walk me through the surgical process and recovery. Since the surgery, my breathing has improved tremendously. My experience at Southern New England ENT has been nothing but great and I highly recommend this practice.
The blonde at the front desk is so rude , doesn’t say hi , no good morning , NOTHING, she’s just miserable and hates her job . Y’all need to find someone better with a personality
Around approximately May 18, I met with Kathy Ngo, PA. I was experiencing vertigo symptoms. Kathy was extremely thorough and took her time listening to how I was feeling. I was given a hearing test, which was fine. Kathy proceeded to check out my inner ear. Sure enough, she diagnosed vertigo. Vertigo was present and my crystals were causing the problem. I had been suffering with dizziness for weeks, blaming it on meds I was on. Kathy did a maneuver to redistribute the crystals, right side and left side. Immediately, I was rid of the dizziness! I can’t say enough about her bedside manner. Kathy has the kind of personality that makes you feel comfortable immediately. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs an ENT specialist. Hopefully I won’t need to have this maneuver again, but if I do, she will be my go to PA. I also have to say that she did not rush me out of the office that day and took all the time I needed to get the care I needed. She’s a very special person that you don’t meet every day. Thank you Kathy, for what you did for me.
