My son Richard had to have 2 root canals done. Both times Dr. Zubaidi made sure it was a pleasant experience. My son had no pain during the root canal, nor after. The office staff are extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and are willing to answer any question. The office was clean up-to-date. It was just a great experience. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Z is the best around! I am usually very anxious with anything to do with my teeth. Dr. Z and his staff are professional and caring! They do whatever they can to see patients as soon as possible, help you relax, bedside manner is phenomenal, and they follow up after the procedure to make sure you are doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Z and his team!

I recently had a procedure done at Dr. Zubaidi's office. The entire experience was completely comfortable. His staff was equally amazing. I was nervous at first but after my procedure would recommend his practice. Very professional and informative.

Words cannot express how happy I am with the care I received by Dr. Zubaidi and his fantastic assistant, Bri. They worked me in as soon as possible due to the amount of pain I was in, they were fast and efficient. My root canal was completed pretty quickly **so thankful for that**!! He is one of a kind human and highly skilled Endo! If you ever need his services, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS PRACTICE.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly. When it comes to discussing billing with the coder, I felt some tension, maybe on my part. I felt as though information given needed to be fact checked. The cost for services are unclear. I have been diligent with getting cost for procedure via my dental insurance and used this provider because they were listed in-network. Also on review of claims submitted and what I was billed there were discrepancies noted. I am in the middle of a treatment plan with this office and feel as though after completion of one tooth I will need to find a different provider.

Had to get a root canal. Have had one before and this time it seemed to take quite a bit longer. Nearly 3 weeks of swelling and pain. The doctor was nice and helpful but his front office staff, especially one young lady, had some of the rudest attitude I've experienced in a professional dental/doctor office.

Amazing! Had a root canal done and no pain while it was being performed and the day after. Like it never happened. I’m impressed. The staff was friendly and well informed. Now I can honestly say having a root canal is not a bad experience.

Today was my final visit on my second root canal with Dr Zubaidi and once again, I am grateful to have access to such a wonderful specialist in our area! Both of my procedures were through crowns and both teeth have 5 roots, a bit of an anomaly. As an educator, I appreciate the time Dr Zubaidi takes to explain in detail what the X-rays and scans are showing while outlining the steps that need to be taken to fix the situation. His, as well as his nursing staff’s, primary goal is to keep the patient comfortable at all times, both physically and mentally. A doctor and staff may be the best around but have they not a caring and compassionate bedside manner, the skill will be for naught if a patient can not relax and trust during the procedure. I should also add that this feeling of wellness begins at the front desk. The ladies up front are friendly, fun to chat with, and certainly add to the feeling of caring at this office. Thank you Dr Zubaidi and staff for a job well done!

Needed a Root Canal ,was in pain called in to schedule a appointment. Amanda the best ,was very considerate and was so helpful in getting me in . Dr Martucci and her care team was amazing ,she explained everything. The entire experience was very pleasant and my procedure went well and was painless thanks. Highly recommend.

Dr. Santos is an excellent endodontist. During my visit, she explained the diagnosis and treatment options clearly and completely. Her demeanor and professionalism were calming and comforting. Her skill and focus during root canal made the time pass quickly and left no doubt the procedure was done right. Her assistant was good, too. She completed all the preparation quickly and thoroughly. She and Dr. Santos worked together well. Root canals are never pleasant, but the team in this office do a good job minimizing the unpleasantness.
