I wish I could say we had any kind of positive experience, however not only did we never get to see the doctor but due to an unexpected issue on their part they never bothered to call and let us know they had changed the location of the appointment to an office an hour and half away, only after calling them the day of the appointment did we get that info; not to mention emailing us someone else’s medical information which is a HIPPA violation. And they’ve never bothered to call us back to reschedule. Guess they aren’t interested in new patients? Maybe the doctor is good? We’ll never know, he may want to seriously rethink the office staff given all of the above.
