We offer a variety of classes and programs including Silver Sneakers, Spinning, Yoga, Zumba, Bootcamps, CrossFit and Personal Training. We believe that combining quality chiropractic care with specialized workouts help our patients take their care to the next level. “We work with a lot of patients who do their rehabilitation exercises in our fitness center,” says Dr. Brandon Bupp, who notes that “many chiropractors don’t do a lot of rehab work. That’s one way that Advanced Health & Wellness Center is distinctly different from other practices.”
