Everyone on staff has been truly a blessing. Great attitudes and bed side manor. They really care and are so down to earth and understand. It's always great to be early as they do schedule to time slots. Always check your appointment with vet easy my chart app. Available for you at no charge. I would recommend trying summa for all your health needs.
The nurses and lab techs were all super. It was the first day of a new computer system, and things were running slow. They did the best they could and were very nice about it. Not their fault that someone in central scheduling scheduled the appointment at the wrong place and I didn’t know until the day before when they called to confirm. Also I needed two tests and only one was scheduled. These poor people in the hospital had to squeeze my second test into an already tight schedule so I wouldn’t have to come back, and I appreciate that . As usual, the people at facility are great, but Summa’a admin staff screwed up again.
All of the staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable that I always have a pleasant visit. My visit with Dr. Junko is very pleasant but I always leave thinking I should have asked more questions. I It seems that I’m with him a very short time, not even 20 min. However, I couldn't ask for a nicer doctor.
The staff was friendly and professional. The Check In person paid attention to my details and verified my information. The technician taking my x-rays was kind and helpful as I just had a knee replacement the week before and needed her help. Dr. Donald Fisher and staff were friendly and took their time going over my results and answered all my questions.
For the most part my experiences have been pretty good but I just had an experience were my beliefs wasn't really respected and was told it was not my choice. I was referred to a Doctor who would hopefully respect my religious choices I guess I'll have to wait and see. I did tell my previous Doctor of my religion which should have been made clear to the Doctor I was referred to. I guess she she didn't take me seriously.
I only leave reviews if they are positive. Reason at end why I felt the need to review. I had a horrifying experience recently taking my sick 6yr old into ER at midnight. A nurse named Jennifer was shockingly rude and aggrivated. Never asked but 2 questions. No vitals and left the room to say "Its a really busy night, I don't know when doctor will be in." Sick 6yr old at midnight. Never got her a blanket, turn the TV on, let alone take her temperature?! After an hour of waiting, no return. I opted to drive out of town with a sick kid at 1am, to another facility! When I came out to ask for a blanket and help turning TV on most of the rooms we're empty and no one in waiting room. All the nurses were sitting down. I was appalled when 1 of the 2 questions was "Anything WRONG with her medically?" How a child who answers yes to that, interprets that wording. Scary someone working with humans & Healthcare could behave like that. An experience I'll never forget. My daughters 1st ER experience and she was scared to go somewhere else. She said in a small voice, "Mommy will they be scary too?!" Lots of us have had a bad day at work in high stress environments.. treating people like that in any situation, especially children?! No excuse. What if mine or any other child didn't have the hour to wait for zero care & to be treated like a burden+ 35 min drive to another hospital? Thankfully my child is okay, but what if? That's why I felt the need to leave a review. That's scary as a parent. I have been here years ago during the day and it was a wonderful experience. Looking at other reviews most of them are night shift. Hopefully they get that straightened out because people have emergencies & the right to good Healthcare at night too.
This office I have had several appointments with during my pregnancy and now will be going here for my follow up pp care. They are pretty efficient and I’ve really only had to wait for about 10 minutes twice. I love the Summa Health facilities! I delivered by boy at Akron City on August 27th. My delivery was very traumatic and ended in an emergency c-section followed by which my son had to be admitted to the Nicu. First the nicu is two floors down in the same building and secondly everyone there was so helpful and skilled. My c-section is almost entirely healed after two weeks and within just 3 days I felt almost back to normal. Everyone that took care of us was great and this is the only place I will deliver!
So far I'm very satisfied with my process of bariatric sleeve it's kind of hard to rate when I have not had the surgery yet but I have had several appointments and everything seems to be going well everybody's very helpful and informational!
Had foot surgery 2 weeks ago by Dr. Junko. Best Dr. I ever dealt with. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Everyone working at the hospital was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely refer anyone to Dr. Junko and Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Dr. K is very professional, caring, and very thorough in explaining anything I had questions about. I appreciate every time I go to his office I never have to wait more than 5cto 10 minutes at most.
