The main modalities I use are Deep Tissue Massage along with Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. I also offer Kinesio Taping for pain relief and injury prevention. I am certified in FMT Basic and FMT Performance Taping. FMT taping address rehab, posture, edema and sports performance and the effects of elastic therapeutic taping on pain mitigation, circulation and proprioception. FMT Performance Taping has an emphasis on myofascial pathways, movement therapy and performance enhancement.
I work in collaboration with Chiropractic Doctors as well as serving individuals with various conditions and needs. My loyal repeat clients consist from mothers working hard at home to competing athletes and everything between. Most often the client is looking for a relief for chronic pain or to relive stress related problems. One might have a prescription from a doctor for us to focus on a specific medical problem, like relieving tension and adhesions resulting form a surgery, or relieving symptoms of neuropathy. Sometimes a relaxing Swedish massage is exactly what the doctor ordered, so we have that on the menu as well with soothing essential oils.

I received my holistic health training mostly in Finland at Perheniemi Evangelic College where I studied Kajava Therapy (Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release) and many holistic health modalities; diet therapies, vitamin/mineral and herbal therapies, spa therapies, Bach Flower Remedies and Aroma Therapy. I graduated as Holistic Nutritional Counselor and later on as Holistic Health Practitioner. In USA I studied Massage Therapy at Firstinstitute.INC, Crystal lake and graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Currently I am continuing my studies of Natural Medicine at IQUIM University. My goal is to graduate next year as a Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM).
Since 2002 I have been proving my services as Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), consulting clients, friends, and family about natural approach to their health.
I am passionate about natural health, holistic medicines and therapies. I believe a great physical, mental, and spiritual health can be better achieved and maintained with natural non invasive methods. There is a place for allopathic health care, naturally, but unfortunately the focus is on chemical intervention causing many serious unnecessary side effects and even deaths. The root cause of the problem is ignored, or it is not understood. Many health problems can be prevented with gentle natural holistic methods and changes of habits and diet.
