"What Type of Massage do you do?"
My honest answer is, each and every one of my clients are different and truthfully I do not know until I put my hands on you.
Each client will first begin with an Initial Consultation, then an assessment, and lastly we will discuss treatment. Each treatment includes hot stones, heated neck and back wraps, hot towels, essential oils and Organic Massage Oils. My service may also include stretching, resistance stretching, myofascial release, cupping, cold stones, sinus facial massage, rolfing, and sports massage treatment.

The whole team at ATR has helped me immensely after a couple of surgeries. They are not only really good at what they do, they are also very nice people to work with. This is the place to go if you want to get moving again!
This is a great place. All the people are amazing. Wonderful atmosphere. You are greeted by name on the way in the door. Andrew, Jamie and Colin are awesome therapists. It’s a very friendly place to be while still getting professional help. I would highly recommend getting your rehab done here.
My experience at ATR was outstanding. Tracy and Jen at the front desk are friendly and do a great job checking in patients and informing you of your benefits and insurance requirements. Andrew, Jamie and Collin make ATR a fun environment while also being professional and taking excellent care of the patients. I will always use ATR for any physical therapy needs for myself or my family. Highly recommend!!
Great place for rehabilitation. The staff is friendly and call you by name when you walk in and out the door. Jamie, Collin, and Andrew are all great therapists. They take time to know you and what you are doing outside of therapy.
I spent a couple months rehabbing some back issues with the staff here. The facility is clean, the staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and understanding. They take the time to understand what's really going on and consistently worked with me to get the right stretches and exercises to get rid of my pain. While I hope to never be back, they're the ones I would trust if I need help in the future.
Injured my ankle playing soccer. The whole team has be amazing! They got me back to playing sports and doing the things I love quickly. Coming to PT was a joy, everyone is always so polite & personable. They really care about their patients and it makes them stand out!
The staff are wonderful----they give caring, individual, and professional attention and assistance. Clients form friendships and support each other's progress. The atmosphere feels like both a party and/or group therapy -----and even though you work hard when you are there you find yourself looking forward to going. Definitely a 5 star experience.
The Therapists are all great! They all make you feel very welcomed. I would recommend Advanced Training and Rehab to anyone!!
They have an excellent team here. When you walk in the door, Tracy and Jennifer greet you with a smile and a warm hello. Andrew, Jamie, and Colin are exceptional physical therapist. they have a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. In July of this year, I had a total reverse shoulder replacement. My recovery has been amazing due to their attention to detail and following the protocol set forth by the surgeon. I recently had hand surgery and I know that I am in the best possible place for my physical therapy.
I HIGHLY recommend ATR! I went in for problems with a shoulder. Within a very short period of time, my pain was no longer an issue. All of the staff are amazing. That's one of the things I like most about ATR is, you're not seeing just one therapist; this is a team of therapists working together. Honestly I can't imagine going anywhere else for therapy.
