Thank you to the staff at Premier Physical Therapy for helping me regain strength and be able to walk again without pain in my ankle. This was my first experience with rehab therapy and I am so glad that I chose Premiere. I was skeptical when I began, but I became a firm believer in the benefits of therapy as time went on. Every therapist that worked with me was skilled, caring and very personable, and the receptionist was so easy to work with to schedule appointments and made it a welcoming environment. I love that faith plays an important role in the business and that they made me feel like family when I was there.
My experience at Premier Rehab was great. The staff are friendly and personable from the minute you walk in until you leave. Most of all I appreciated being able to leave a prayer request which acknowledges my faith! I am better thanks to their care!
This facility is the best!! I was dreading having therapy on my knee after surgery, but from the first moment I walked I felt welcomed. I really liked doing the therapy in a room with all the other patients, it took the redundancy out of the exercises and stretching. It allowed everyone to visit and encourage each other. By the time I was done with therapy they all felt like a friend. I am hoping to never need therapy again but if I do I absolutely will choose this place.
Is it safe to say that nobody really looks forward to needing physical therapy? I think it might be... However, when life comes along and it does becomes necessary, I can't think of a better place to visit. Every time I have visited Premier Jackson, MO location, they make me feel welcome. Everyone is smiling and I get the impression that the excellent therapists and staff are genuinely interested in helping their patients rather than just performing a job. A big thank you to Premier Physical therapy team!
If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go. They know what they are doing and they care about your outcome. Professional and friendly from the front desk to the chief therapist.

Pain is such a physical and emotional experience. Premier staff do their best to alleviate both. The minute I walk in the door until I leave everyone is caring and kind. My needs are uppermost. The atmosphere is always positive. My program is thorough and totally designed for me. And I see progress! have been to three other physical therapy facilities. None of them can hold the proverbial candle to Premier. Premier will continue to be my number one choice! Thank you, Premier!
We chose Premier because we have had other family members do their therapy here. My Dad needed outpatient rehab after a life threatening brain bleed. Dennis Riney did Dad’s evaluation and he knew we had made the perfect choice. Dennis was so understanding and professional, he made my Dad feel comfortable with his rehab plan. The team that is working with my Dad are very attentive and answered all my Dads questions. He really liked that they had the Cardinal game on when they were in the playoffs. From the front desk staff to the therapists he is very pleased with his care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my Dad because h means the works to me!
Outstanding friendly and professional service. They gave me pain relief while preparing for surgery, and I am very happy with the results. I won't hesitate to return when I need physical therapy again.
Im am so happy with my therapy at Premier Physical Therapy! I broke my hand and was in a cast for almost 8 weeks! I couldn’t make a fist and my hand was terribly weak! In just a couple of weeks going to Premier I can make a fist and am much stronger! I am now so much more knowledgeable about the how and why of strengthening my fingers and hand! I never had to wait to be seen! They gave me friendly reminders of when my appointments were and worked with me when I couldn’t make it! Above all they are faith based in Jesus Christ and they know their stuff! If something should happen and I need therapy again I will go back to Premier Physical Therapy!
