Cody is the most caring capable therapist. It's painful but he minimizes it. So grateful.
I just want to get blood work done!!! Fasted all morning to show up and be turned away three times because someone didn't wanna come into work! Have a point system or something! Also, you'll wait about 3 hours even if you have an appointment. Worst clinic I've ever been to!
I love the people at Adventist health very helpful and was there when I really need them don't want to ever leave them again
Amber is the last person I’d go to for making sure my well being is not at risk. She doesn’t seem to have any care for her patients, very dismissive and not helpful. It seems I’m not the only one whose had unpleasant experiences with this doctor. Amber doesn’t seem that bad of a person but not anyone can be a good doctor, she lacks the enthusiasm and empathy to want to help others and that is something that I believe is important when the purpose of your career is to..help others.
Bad service from the front desk! Went this morning at 9 said they are no longer accepting walk-ins so I was told to come back at 1 as they will be taking in afternoon walk-ins. I go at the time I was told on the dot and was told they aren't not accepting any walk-ins today. These people need to get their facts straight and not waste our time. Better look somewhere else that's more honest.... The doctors are good though if you can get in. Long wait times even with appointment
I was the first one to walk in and I’ve been literally waiting for like 2 hrs in the waiting room while everyone else who doesn’t have appointments went in front of me how is that possible if I was the first One to sign in. It’s ridiculous. All I hear is the people in the office talking and talking even the nurses they need to learn how to do there jobs!
Amber Simpson is a great NP idk what people are talking about .....she really cares about the patients and does everything she could to help...the best NP I have ever met I would recommend her over & over again because she truly cares & is very intelligent in what she says she knows what she’s doing ! She loves to help people that are willing to help them selfs and that actually care about bettering there own health there’s plenty of good in her and if any one is looking for some one as professional and intelligent caring & knows what she’s doing...I will recommend you to stop searching & go with her trust me you won’t regret it !
Worst hospital ever!!! They wheeled patient whom was clearly in agonizing pain off the ambulance and put her in waiting room. Go to a clinic before going here!!!! Went to ER took 10 hours to be seen!!!! Ridiculous!!
Recently went to this facility as a returning patient, except I had to update my insurance information and last name because of marriage. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I didn't get called back until 2:33pm. Mind you, I was the only one sitting in the waiting room. The nurses and front desk assistant were too busy chatting away instead of focusing on their jobs which really frustrated me. Seems to me like there is a lack of communication amongst the doctors and nurses working here. Once I got to my room, I had to wait in there for over 20 minutes. Although, I must admit though, doctor was pretty thorough and did extensive check up. I just feel like if I'm the only one in the building, my wait time should have not been that long. Most people and reviews seem to also share the same experience.
Amber Simpson is horrible. She treated my child like trash. She laughed at her pain. I am just blown away. I have never seen such bizarre behavior from any healthcare provider.
