This is the first review that I have ever written, so that should tell you something. The provider that was working on 11/02/2022 at 4pm is absolute trash. I've been going to the clinic for years as my primary health care, but this new provider didn't even take the time to speak with me. It's those kinds of providers that give clinics bad reputations for being garbage. If I knew the providers name, I'd warn everyone away from the Aria Clinic in Lemoore!!!!
It was terrable i had nothing but a bad day with aria health in lemoore, a doctor of color tall and not skinny has long hair braids, made me cry when she did a pap smear on me and did not use the proper things she just used foce on me, and got me hurting for 3 days. Ladies don't get a pap smear there the doctors and nurses don't care about the people, i can't even sleep because i keep thinking how she did it, Im changing doctors.
My experience was awful afterward. I have YET to hear about my referal about pain in my breast and I went about 6 months ago. When I call, they say the referral person had quit and now what??? WHO IS IN CONTROL HERE? My health is WAY more important than who quit and why ...! I need answer and have been left without ANY
The nurses are rude and unprofessional! worst experience ever! Maria Pardo the manager needs to get fired for how she speaks to people in person and over the phone!!!! For people to have appointments it’s always an hour long wait for nothing. WORST CLINIC LEMOORE!!!!! Negative five stars

Very poor service. Maria the Office Manager is rude, and has no customer service skills, no empathy and seems to hate her job. Very long wait times, and the doctors seem to not care and have been very rude also.
I've been coming to this place for many years and ever since Dennis Smith and his staff left few years ago I have had nothing but problems with the receptionist up in the front they are very rude and short and are not helpful at all I feel like I am being treated with a lot of discrimination I talked with managers and that has gone on deaf ears!!!
Nice people with Drs. That listen care and will help you even if walk in off the street.
Bad lousy service from the receptionists but Dr. Emilio is a very good doctor and Dr. Vanegas is a very good doctor, a pity about the receptionist, well, some of them are not all bad at work
