I would not recommend this office, when you have one of the office staff that is suppose to be helping with getting your sick love one an appointment and is rude and actually hung up on me in the middle of talking!! Sharon L was rude and tried to turn it around on me when I couldn’t understand why my husband couldn’t get appointment knowing he was VERY sick. She actually tried to explain why they couldn’t give him an appointment at that office in one of the most rudest tones you could have! I am a nurse for dying people and I understand when people are under stress with sick loved ones and I know I was not being rude, but I would NEVER in my life hang up in a patients loved one knowing their situation, it’s a disgrace!
I have been a patient of Dr. Holton since 1988. If my math is correct that would be 29 years. In all that time I can't remember anything negative about our doctor/patient relationship and he has taken pretty good care of me. There were times that members of the office staff and I didn't see eye to eye and some attitude happened from behind the glass door but all and all I've been very happy with the level of care and genuine concern from Dr. Holton. His goal was to always provide accurate information and expert care. My goal was to get him to laugh. We both succeeded! I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon!
I've been seeing Doctor Holton for probably 30 years. The man cares about his patients so much he personally drive me to a hospital since I couldn't get a ride fast enough for his liking. If that's not dedication i don't know what is. He's a good man and a great doctor. His staff has always treated me and my family well.
No problem with Dr. Hickey, but every month I have to call multiple times for them to actually send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. There's always a problem, or an unexplained delay in them sending the scripts over. Multiple times I had gotten tired of calling and went into the actual office to ask for them, then sat in the waiting room until they had actually done it. This has been more than 4 months straight with the same problem. Fortunately for me, my script isn't a health defining necessity, but that factor shouldn't matter. They need to fix this reoccurring issue soon, whether it be the process or the person in charge of it all. Its ridiculous and I will be switching Doctors soon because of it.
I've been a patient of Scott Auty for years. I recently switched to this practice when Scott joined it. I found the staff to be caring and pleasant to deal with. I would pretty much follow Scott wherever but I'm very glad he chose a truly caring office to join.
Love Dr Scott Auty so glad that he is closer to me so I can go back to him. Just switched. Hard to find a good Doctor and I find him to be very good. Started seeing him when he was with Dr Pecora.
The doctors are great, Dr. Holton is by far one of the best out there, he is always doing whatever it takes, The only issue is the office staff are rude 50% of the time and they deliver messages to the Physician in a timely manner.
I have been a patient here for 10 years and cannot say enough positive things about Dr Hickey and the staff. Only negative is short hours on Fridays
I have been a patient for years. Doctor Waldron is the best! The staff is professional, kind, and friendly.
They are always there to answer all of my questions and the doctors are phenomenal. Weekdays and weekends if there's an emergency.
