Receptionist friendly, courteous and patient. Imaging tech helpful, supplied me with blanket when I asked for one. Explained how some patients become really warm with blanket. I experienced it for a moment, but made myself relax and breathe slowly and cooled off. Tech kept me informed each step of the MRI. Thanks for the earplugs!! Excellent service.
Appointments are seen on time,clean and neat. Good courtesy service.
Took my dad for X-ray and MRI he is 85, the X-ray went well. But MRI guy made us wait more then 50 minutes. Some people came ahead of us were done and this guy just made us sit and wait. Its so hard for a senior citizen to be waiting in a wheel chair more then 20 mints plus he is in gown so its freezing. He has back issues. Seems like he just wanted to waste the time. Very disappointed! Christ if you schedule one time don't let people wait that long especially old people!!
I had a pelvic ultrasound today administered by Lisa M. I was dreading the experience but Lisa was gentle, very knowledgeable, read previous tests, took the time needed not rushed and a very personable lady. I have no doubt the results will be accurate. A potentially scary experience turned into a positive one.
Great and Friendly staff. I went for an ultrasound and the following week a CT scan Both Naomi and Jim were superb. They had excellent bed side manners and I felt very relaxed. Also, the facility itself was very clean.
Low staff morale, kaotic ER, slow response. No compassion, caring for Patient only ensuring Payment. I can only imagine the destruction the Pandemic has caused our health care professionals death, loss, pain, abuse by Patients, fear. I get it! I believe the COVID Pandemic caused us all a lot of pain, suffering, fear, loss and it has changed many hopefuls to hopeless! But. .. We still live, we have to continue to fight for the good of all Humanity! Moral of the story: There is no reason for people, especially "Medical Professionals" to treat people like less than zero. You may need to refresh/encourage sensitivity training/compassion caring for Patients in Crisis or if the past 2 Years are trauma you cannot recover from consider a Career change, less traumatic for your peace of mind, safety and happiness, but don't: Make Patients your revenge target!
Went for a blood draw, waiting over 45 minutes to put the order in and now over an hour waiting. Rude, incompetent staff.
Takes at least an hour and a half to be seen for blood work/ procedural blood work prior to surgery. Three step process... sign in first then walk over to register second than walk over to outpatient lab third... all on the second floor in the outpatient clinic. Been waiting patiently but really? I have never waited this long for blood work in my life!
The physical Therapy department is excellent; Alex, Paul and Frank are the best. They are very helpful and patient. They were able to bring me back to speed after my ACL/Mencius surgery.
Went to get fasting blood work at the outpatient lab. They forgot to test to two things that were written on the order. Now have to fast again and miss work to go back. Incompetent! I will go elsewhere.
