I love the Target Drive-up service for its convenience! The customer service is amazing and typically the wait time is less than 5 minutes for me to receive my order. This option also helps me save money because I’m doing less impulse shopping. Love it and will continue to use it.
I avoid the Oak Lawn Target for a reason and I was reminded why. I checked online and verified the two items were in stock. I used the app to check the exact location and could not find the items. I looked for help and the only associates I saw were going straight to the back stock room quickly. I then used one of the in store kiosks to ask for associate help. The after a bit the in store kiosk let me know it was unable to find an associate to help. I figured I could order pick up. An hour later of shopping and checking out and Starbucks and returning an impulse purchase my pick up order was not available. I canceled and left. This is on top of being lucky to even get a shopping cart. Shelves being empty and items being all over. Long lines at checkout.
The store presentation even though you can see there was a hectic mess for the back to school sale. The employees will made sure they kept everything in order and clean. Some stores aren’t that way. That shows great leadership and teamwork.
Workers don’t give a damn. The drive up is completely full I couldn’t find a parked spot either. Employees walking like there isnt cars lined up. Waited 35 minutes for my order. I should of just walked in the store myself. This store is getting worse and worse.
The process was quick and easy. I ordered through the target app. The employee that brought my order to the car was very pleasant and nice. My overall first experience was amazing. I will be placing future orders from the oak lawn location.
The customer service associate that took care of my return made it quick and easy. I didn't have a long wait to get service and she was pleasant, professional and polite.. The association Deja who assisted me on the sales floor showed me the 4 P's pleasant, polite, patient and professional. She went out of here way to find me the product I was looking for that was vacant on the shelve.. I am so greatful to both of the ladies outstanding help.
The store was very well maintained clean and organized. Went shopping there today for a few things. Wanted to get a few cute outfits for my niece but the selection was miniscule. I have always been able to find jazzy cute clothes for her there but not on today. I did however find other items I needed.
This is the worst target I’ve ever ordered from!! I waited at curbside parking for a whole hour for my order, which was just a gallon of milk which I never got. That’s ridiculous.
There are many things that could make this location better. The parking lot is so condensed that you can barely find a decent parking spot. The checkout process is at a snail's pace, both with self-checkout and the cashier. People do not know how to use the self-checkout, which makes it even longer. The associates near the self checkout need to help people that are struggling to check themselves out. And they need more self-checkout registers.
Ordered some books for my granddaughter. When I made the pickup I decided to pick up a couple of things for myself. Had just what I needed at a great price. By the way, the restroom was impressively clean.
