The staff at this Walgreens as always been extremely friendly. Always a warm welcome a smile from the employees.

Well I have to give 11of 10, to the most beautiful soul, and great costumer service to the lady call Sabrina, im gonna explains my visit to the store. I was on need of passport pictures for the next day they call me to give me an appointment for the next day so she asked some lady and she said she couldn’t do it to send me to the 95th store she was on the phone restocking the hole time laughing and having a conversation really bad costumer service. But this great human been told me that she was able to do it, between costumers, and I sad YES. But guest what the other lady take over and send me to the other store. It was a young afroamericano lady. Really bad costumer service.

I like this Walgreens. The one on 95 and Pulaski does not allow pickup of certain items at the drive up window, whereas the Hometown location does. Very handy.

Okay to stop in and grab some groceries or items if it's convenient otherwise you can prob find the same items for cheaper down the street at the dollar store. The pharmacy's are better in Burbank and oak lawn although the lines are longer at the 95th location.

Horrible Pharmacy and customer service! I called to ask when my prescription would be ready and they said an hour in a rude tone, 3 minutes later I received a text saying it was ready. It seems like they only started preparing it because I called and had I not called it probably wouldn’t have been done for more than an hour

The managers need to be replaced immediately. Noone is ever at the registers. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to come up to the register then ED asked me what do I want? The staff is so unfriendly only CUSTOMER SERVICE store I've seen RUN OUT OF BAGS. They treat everyone like they're a nuisance I am shocked corporate has not intervened

Had a very bad experience with the pharmacy here. Would not recommend this one

It all depends on which Walgreens I was shopping at, for this one?? It doesn't like to tell me what location I am reviewing lol but I recommend you go to Walgreens for your little shopping needs. They have your essentials for your home and your yard and the kids too. They are stocked up for the car and I am liking the vitamins and health care as well! Always have deals with the my Walgreens rewards program to.

Very bad service Very slow Even they are not doing anything they dont provide you with the service They just want you to wait for no reason I came for flu shot and they spend more than 30 minutes just to do it even there was nobody waiting except me. First and last time going to this pharmacy

ZERO STARS! SWITCHING TO CVS. Terrible customer service here. I made an appointment for my daughter to receive the meningitis vaccine a week in advance, and when I arrive for my appointment, I'm told that they don't have that vaccine in stock. Okay.. So nobody could have even bothered to call me to let me know? HUGE INCONVENIENCE. You think they'd offer an apology or even offer to call another Walgreens location to see if they could get us in. Nothing, no apology even, just attitude from Crystal, "Operations Manager" in the pharmacy. This is not the first time Walgreens has done something like this Previously canceled covid vaccine the morning of with no explanation/apology. I'm pretty much done with Walgreens at this point. On my way to a CVS where THEY actually apologized for Walgreens. Usually out of stock on most items I need, have to look for the cashier when I'm ready to check out. NOT how a business should be ran.
