Aerie

Visited this Aerie store inside the St. Claire Square Shopping Mall, while staying in Collinsville, IL. WOW!! Great store and selections stocked for Spring & Summer. It was like shopping online only better because it was all right in front of you. You will not be disappointed. It is right next to the biggest American Eagle store I have ever shopped. They closed the stand alone Aerie at Fox Valley Mall, Aurora, IL, long time ago, sad, but when they were their the store did not have clothing stock like this one at St. Claire Square. The Fox Valley store had lots of undergarments and was big on getting measured properly. It would be great if Fox Valley would open an Aerie store and have all the cute clothing stocked like St.Claire Square.

I was helped by multiple people, who were all extremely friendly. They went into the back to get different summer items for me to try on and were super supportive of everything I tried on. Overall amazing experience.

Cute store but none of the employees spoke except for one and I spoke to her first. This store Needs to improve on having excellent customer service, greeting all walks of life. To Put it plainly, the caucasians spoke to their own people. Do better.

Absolutely love the clothes here, however yesterday i was a tad disappointed when an employee named Ashley coerced me into signing up for a credit card. I have a credit card with another clothing company so i knew all the right questions to ask but she did not answer truthfully. She assured me my credit would NOT take a hard hit but when i researched the card, it was the exact opposite information. Then when I asked if I was able to pay it off in store she told me yes and I could also pay online. So when i went to pay it off immediately she told me this was not possible. Last but not least, she signed me up for the wrong credit card by choosing a VISA instead of just the American Eagle store credit card. I feel a little betrayed that someone with this company would push so hard for this card to the point of not being truthful with consequences of signing up. I would love to return but I do not know if I fully trust the employees and their knowledge.

I love the store an all but when I went there last time to return a shirt a worker opened the door and told us that the whole store is closed just for pickup only.
