Awesome little mall with a very cool water fountain. The Sears is no longer here so this Mall has taken a bit of a hit. Still tons of stores to choose from. This mall is climate controlled and feels amazing inside. The floor tiles look incredible and the architecture is very smooth. Nice little mall for walkers and just a great vibe. Opening in 1996 and owned by the Kohan Retail Investment group. So , what are you waiting for? Stop on by and enjoy!
This mall is half empty of actual stores. It looks like it was once a thriving mall but now it’s pretty depressing. I will say that it’s clean and appears to be safe. However the variety and selection of actual stores is lacking. In the evening the interior was poorly lit and during my visit there were very few people present. It wasn’t bad but it was strange to see an art gallery inside the mall without anyone looking over the art. I couldn’t tell if the art was for sale or only for display. It was just strange. The movie theater, JC Penny, Dillards all seem to be anchors that keep the rest of the mall going.
I go in there every other day and walk 2.25 miles around the perimeter. I need the exercise. It's a great place to go. I also go in to support H.A.L.O. animal adoption center located in the mall. They also have a center in Sebastian. They are a no-kill adoption center.
It's very sad the owners and management care so little about the vendors in this mall. No wifi, half of the lights don't work and they will not replace them and suggest the stores rig up lights poles for adequate lighting. Not sure if it is lack of funds or just apathy, but this is a classic example of a dying mall.
This place is where I am blessed to be able to spend quality time with my family, my brothers and sisters in and with my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. The name of the church that we pray and worship in is called Oceans Unite Christian center.
Cute and quiet mall. Family bathrooms, small kids tables were so nice to see. It was clean as well.p.s there is a hidden arcade by the food court.
Outside of cleanliness this mall is pretty nice. It isn’t super dirty, but definitely needs to be cleaned a little more. There are a lot of stores and tons of places to eat in and around the mall. The parking is usually pretty good too. They have a movie theater, but I haven’t been there. I would come back again.
The mall security guy ,older guy with a New York accent needs a drug test or psych evaluation . My wife and I were heading to Bath and Body Works for their Dec. 10 $4.95 sale. The time was exactly 7:55 when we were yelled at then removed from the mall by said Mall cop. The Mall closes at 8pm not 7:55 pm bath and body closes at 8pm . It was really hard to keep my composure bcs this guy was a nut job. He looked all wide eyed crazy like he was on something. I called B & B W and told them and they were horrified and told me to call the mall tomorrow. I plan on it to say the least. It is very sad that we cant have a mall that has lots of cool stores and different types of food . Maybe the mall owner is self sabotaging his business for sum reason , i dont know . SMH
This award winning mall by world renowned design architect Kevin Dougherty, deserves better. As online retail continues to hurt the brick and mortar retailers, malls like this find themselves reengineering their business plan and are bringing in creative non traditional tenants. They’ve done a pretty good job of that here. It’s still a beautiful mall and I love to visit it.
It was a great mall . But as always vero beaches malls die. The only the really alive is arcade in the mall. The gm Becky is fabulous with the kids . Keep it up becky
