Great deals, however, they do have a clearance section with signs take additional percentage off but in the very smallest fine print it excludes clearance. This could be very misleading for those that have a problem reading the small font. But again, the cashier will argue that it’s on all signs.
The store was not crowded. I went to the store around 1pm. The store was clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for.
The store manager falsely accused me of stealing. Refused to give me her name. Made a comment to me bc I was speaking to her in Spanish and I’m black. She was complete rude!
I had a terrible experience and staff talks down to me. I bought shorts that were marked down from 44.50 to only $10.00 great deal so the rack said... My Partner wanted to get pants so he went to the men's section where pants were marked down from 48 to $8.00. It also said on the rack "BUY ONE GET ONE" so he got the same kind of pants just in a different color. As we approach the counter to pay, my clothes ring up just fine. Exactly as the rack says, but not his... The employee tells us that one pair of pants cost $17.00 and the other cost $48.00 I said well the sign is wrong on the entire rack you should take it down. She send an employee to take it down. I notice the customer next to us having the same problem. The other cashier makes the remark "why would we sell pants for $8.00?" I responded that my shorts were marked down from 44.50 to $10.00 so it is not a crazy assumption. I say ok well these are the same pants just in different color can you at least ring up the buy one get one free deal it says on the rack. They say no. I say well why not? That sign is also on the same rack. She says that sign was for a different section. We would never do that. This is not our fault. I tell her well she has tell 2 wrong signs and she should take them both down. Then I ask why the same pair of pants just in different colors are such different pricing and she said she didn't know. After everything we continue to pay, our bill comes out to aroun $45.00 We hand the girl a $50.00, she ask us if we have anything smaller store being packed today. It's only $5.00 in change why do you need a smaller bill!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't find a mangarer so I told the employee to take down both signs myself becuase she hadn't done so after all of that.
It was very crowded, but its tax free weekend! They currently have good deals, buy one get one free on all jeans, and buy one shirt, get two free!
Great deals everyday and also great offers as well in store and online. I go often to buy work shirts also to purchase some cute tops and jeans. My store for sure.
Worst sales associates when it comes to asking for something as simple on preference of a bag made a big huge deal over it and were very rude by acting nonchalant ! Really ruined my day but the prices were right .. personally the sales associate were too up tight wanted to return all my items , that’s not right ! Also offered to exchange the bag didn’t do that . 02/27/20 3:55pm
The quality of the clothing is top notch! I wish there was a kid's section here, but 5 stars for customer service and beautiful clothes.
The cashier was very helpful and friendly and they had lots of sales. Great prices.
Love this place. Great quality designer clothes. Good sales. Good service. Military discounts.
