If I could I would have buried my dad somewhere else. This place is ridiculous they barley post any signs as reminders about clean up days and when I went to visit my dad yesterday all his decorations where gone down to the picture we had on his gravesite since his stone has not been delivered yet. And when I called the office since this is my first time having to go through a death of a parent I asked where we could pick up out stuff fence,lights, at Patrick’s day decorations they lady said they have all been thrown away in the trash. They have no care for people money and time spent making their loved ones gravesites look nice. I can understand if it was messy. If I knew than what I know now I would go somewhere else. We are still healing it’s only been 10 months and to see all my dads things gone is so sad. Pictured a before and after
I’m not sure who this guy that answered the phone named R O Y I told him people are having a bbq on top of my grandmother grave , and I needed that to be remove it’s so disrespectful and he kept arguing with me and said, are they being rude to you? who cares if they’re on top of her grave , what ? I couldn’t believe it

Worst place don't bury your loved ones here the people in the office are rude and unprofessional none of the rules and regulations is ever put online and when you show up here to get that information their rude to us please do business elsewhere.

This is my fiances sons graveside! As he barely found his sons grave. The picture is what we did for St. Patty's day. We put it up 2 weeks ago. We've been going every weekend to clean it up. Then we come to see this today an empty grave! So sad that they didn't have a SIGN of clean up days... I called and and was told to call back on Monday when they open!!
Peaceful and pretty place don’t get me wrong but the office staff is absolutely horrible! Recently buried my grandmother here and they buried her in the completely wrong plot which messed up the way my grandpa wished to be buried next to her. They didn’t want to accommodate at all, in fact they wanted us to purchase the additional plot even though our paperwork was correct, it was a mess up on their end. The office manager, Hilary, raised her voice at us when we were trying to sort it out on the grounds. Not good people at all, in the wrong line of work honestly. If you run into issues here and actually want to talk to people who care and are willingly to work with you, go across the street to Mission.. they are the ones who helped us sort everything out.
First, the cemetery ground is well manicured and well maintained. However, I wish they would revert back to posting dates each month on the marquee as You drive in to the cemetery when flowers/plants/decorations will be removed. I visit my wife' burial site several times a month. I've lost fresh flowers/plants/a flag banner that I would change out for the various seasons place between two markers of love ones, less than 3 foot tall, and in no way obstructing the path while mowing. Everything gets thrown away and that's not right. We are not given the opportunity to come and remove essential decorations as we do not know when the next clean up is due. I've been to other cemeteries to visit love ones, to include San Fernando and Fort Sam Veterans Memorial, and all post when flowers will be removed. So, Mr. Tipps, do the right thing. God bless.
Worst office staff. You would think they would be empathetic and somewhat accommodating but they are neither. They are rude and don’t want to help or do anything. They don’t explain anything to you just assume you will know everything. I was just shocked the lady at the front was sitting there being argumentative with me. My mom is dying and we are just trying to pre-plan. If it wasn’t for my mom wanting to be laid to rest with her mom I would not have stayed.
Beautiful, Peaceful, Well kept and very unique! I’ve always felt a sense of peace in cemetery’s. There’s something quite spiritually relaxing to me. This cemetery has much to experience.
