Applying the private funding model utilized by for-profit enterprises for decades, Affinity Financing structures what amounts to the purest form of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI), aligning investment capital needs to fit the holistic investment goals of foundations and the donor community to ultimately drive direct financial benefit to charities. These SRIs can take the form of traditional debt to address the needs of the non-profit or, for those enterprise opportunities that generate a financial ROI, equity-type initiatives that source additional revenue support that currently don't exist.
