I have been an Associate for different Seattle area Randstad locations on and off for 20 years. I have most recently worked closely with Cleo at the Bellevue location. I don't remember another time in my professional career when I worked with someone so caring and connected with their Associates. She makes sure that I am well informed and prepared when job seeking, interviewing, and on the job. I feel like I have such great support and know that I am in good hands. I highly recommend this firm for your job search, and know you will get the support you need and a job you will love.

I have been working with Randstad since 2007. I came back to them here in Bellevue, Washington. I have worked with many recruiters with many various assignments as they came. I have always had a pleasant experience with them and highly regard their professionalism.  Many times when I could not find work on my own accord, I was always received friendly help from some of the best recruiters in the area. They always saw my potential and placed me in roles that I had no past experience in.  I felt Randstad really gave me the opportunity to find quality roles that I really enjoyed working and each client I represented provided great feedback.  I highly recommend them for some of the best staffing team in the region. They cover all of Seattle and their team knows the market superbly well!

I've worked with Kendyl Tolentino for several years now and she is a pleasure to work with.  She placed me at Darigold as the Corporate Controller there, and the process of working with her as a candidate was great.  She was very transparent about the process and was never annoyed with my many questions about where the process stood, which some recruiters, in my past experience, can be.  She also helped me place several new positions within my team at Darigold with quality candidates, and was equally great to work with as an employer.  She's a great asset for the Randstad team and I'll hopefully have the chance to work with her again!

Cleo was amazing - the most communicative recruiter I have ever worked with by far.    Cleo was thoroughly engaged over multiple months from initial inquiry through exploration of a few options, and consistently engaged through to the end.   She was committed to my having a great experience through every stage!   Highly recommended!

Kendyl and her team were great to work with. A few times over the years Randstad had reached out to me with opportunities that I might have been interested in that I had passed on, but Kendyl contacted me with an opportunity that perfectly fit what I was looking for. It could not have been an easier / low pressure experience.  She was so easy to work with and honestly felt like a friend helping me move through the interview process. The best part, was there was NO pressure. A lot of the time recruiting agencies feel like they are trying to sell me on something, but it 100% felt like she was more interested in making me a happy/long-term client than getting some fee.  I have already referred her to friends and expect down the road to work with her again.

I have worked with  the Bellvue/Seattle team as a hiring manager and candidate and was provided excellent support in both.  Kendyl Tolentino helped source qualified finance candidates in a market that is highly competitive where candidates can pick and choose.  She was integral to closing the candidate and was an excellent source of information for our HR team for competitive compensation analysis.
