Me and my kids love the service we go and never have to wait a long time we be in and out.
Have been trying to call the referral department for weeks regarding an appointment to have my son tested for autism. Two of the places they tried referring me to, weren't even a viable option due to them not accepting his insurance. They wanted us to pay 400-600$ out of pocket for him to be evaluated. I've called and left a voicemail for the referral department three times in the past several months, and have yet to receive a call back. the only reason he was even given a second referralto the one who doesn't accept his insurance is because the county primary school put in the request for it. They've been the most unhelpful in regards to diagnosing my sons profound deafnesswhich he wasn't even diagnosed with until earlier this year, at age 5, they continually run me around when I try to get information or a referral because the one they gave me was an entirely unviable option from the get go. It literally took well over 2 years to get them to listen to me about my sons speech delays and take my concerns seriously enough to offer testing. Kelly Grummer-Smith is probably the best most involved practitioner they have, since Dr Wison left years ago. She's the only member of the staff that took my concerns seriously and worked with us to get him to the proper doctor for testing and diagnosis. She's the only staff member that has EVER treated me as a human and a scared parent rather than a annoyance and a burden for my concerns over my son. Honestly, if not for Kelly Grummer-Smith, I absolutely would never take my child back to this place again.
My family and I love affinity pediatrics Dr. Johnson is our Dr, she is by far one of the best children’s doctors we have seen, that being said we have seen multiple other doctors here as well and they are all fantastic!! They always get my girls in a very timely matter and are so patient with them! All the nurses and receptionists are all super friendly as well!!
Absolutely best pediatric office!! We love Mrs. Kelly Grummer-Smith!!! She always had an answer for everything and treated my son like one of her own. We’re sad to be moving states but if I could give this place 10 stars I would!!
I can not express how amazing this office is. Their staff is so friendly and kind. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the physicians. It was a blessing to find this place. Our kids see Keri Altman. They love her and so do we. She truly cares about our kids. They aren’t just a name or a dollar bill to her. She listens to what your concerns are and takes them seriously. Never brushes you off. She makes the kids comfortable. All these things are priceless. She’s truly an angel in my opinion and provides the care you always hope for when going to see a doctor especially for your kids. Although Keri is our main physician we have also seen many others and love them all as well. Even though they are always busy at this office we have never had a long wait and they can always work you in. I can’t give this place or Keri enough praise.

Keri Altman is the absolute best provider. She goes above and beyond at every appointment and as a first time mom, answers all my questions thoroughly. All the staff at Affinity Pediatrics are very friendly and helpful when needed. Definitely recommend!!
Dr. Works has been watching my kids. She got my small one referred for a delay in speech; now he is getting speech therapy I think he has benefited from it. I am happy with the service. You need to make an appointment, and you do not wait more than 10 minutes, nice nurses. My kids hate vaccines. But they get them here.
My daughter was born four days ago at Tift regional medical Center. she was born with a little bit of jaundice and the hospital said her levels were on the lower end of the scale and that she was OK to come home but recommended that we get her into a pediatrician took her to this practice today for her first appointment and the doctor threatened my wife with child protective services for no reason I’ll because she had a little bit of jaundice . The doctor said that if her levels came back just a little too high she was calling Child protective services and having all three of our children taken away all because the levels were a little high and then when I confronted the doctor about it on the phone the doctor totally denied that she even said that. I would never refer this office to anyone .
Dr.Rossi is amazing, she’s very efficient and understanding. All three of our boys see her as a care giver. She makes my family feel comfortable in her presence...Even with all her patience she remembers her patience and little things about them.
