After Body Meals

I found out about this business conveniently right before I was scheduled to have surgery, I was so excited to learn that they deliver healthy meals directly to you!! I have also gone into their location in South Daytona. Kirk, and his staff have been nothing but friendly and easy to work with! The meals are delicious and the portions are generous. I am picky about sauces but thankfully they have a sauce on side option so that is also a plus! I will definitely continue to support this business! Thank you for offering this to the community.

You're not just paying for the food your paying for a service. Found on Google went same dad bought 3 meals. You get a container that I wash and re-use. My favorite one is the SALISBURY!!! I'm not a picky eater but I know when food is okay. And when it's great. & the meatloaf and veggies satisfied me completly! I liked the egg scramble I got. I loved how the vegetables were so good you forgot you were eating VEGGIES! you spend about 8-10$ for a meal at McDonald's. Why not get fresh food already cooked that is healthier! I like the convenience of not having to cook. [Full-time student, and work] I discovered instead of me buying groceries this would be better alternative and would cost the same if not less. I pay for the convenience, the healthier alternative, and the fact that I'm no 5-star chef. Better than eating frozen meals! No disappointment here.

5 stars doesn't quite describe just how good this service is. These meals are better than what you could prepare at home, short of going to school to become a chef. After Body Meals improved my life. Thank you After Body Meals. You are the best !

Absolutely delicious meals! My husband and I were completely amazed at the high quality and flavorful meals we’ve tried so far. The website is easy to navigate, the weekly meal choices all sound so tasty and the price is just right. We can’t wait to try more! Just started getting the weekly meals after trying a couple and I am loving them!! easy to heat up and ready to go. so nice not to have to cook every night and I am eating healthy!!!

My daughter told me about this business. She knows I hate to cook and don’t eat healthy especially in the evening. These meals are delicious and the portions are large, usually 2 servings for me. Love the way the fresh vegetables are cooked too.

I was looking for a local company that could deliver fresh - not frozen - food 2x a week. After body meals delivers 2 x a week. Other companies deliver once a week and by the end of the week the food is no longer fresh. I wanted food that was healthy, tasty and listed the calorie content. I have gut issues so it's real important that the food I eat is fresh and not processed. After Body meals are delicious and my gut feels good! They taste so good, it's hard to believe they are good for you: Plus knowing the calorie count - which is listed on every meal - is terrific. I am very happy with the quality and the freshness of the food.

Been using them on and off since they opened. Meals are always on point. Highly recommend if you want healthy food and lose weight you give them a try.

Good, clean meal! I had the chicken parmesan w/ peppers. I ate there, and used their microwave; it was like reheating my dinner leftovers for lunch, which is my favorite.
