24/7 for Members (must be approved). This doesn't mean that I am always at the Gym; I am at The Gym for Training, Coaching, and PT Sessions. I am available (with an appointment) for checking out the Gym, Group or Personal Coaching, and Training.

WHY AGEE'S GYM??
We believe in movement. Any kind of movement has health benefits, but strength training stands alone as the biggest return on time and money invested in your fitness routine. Added strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular benefits can all be gained by strength training with weights, and free weights have the best carryover to daily life - functional fitness. Everyone squats, presses and pulls throughout their daily lives, and being stronger and correcting imbalances makes life easier. We can help guide you in the direction of a safe, healthy, and productive routine.
