Bryanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. The owner also helped me with all my questions and saved me from buying things i didn't really need. Both very nice people.

This store is fake... they give you some samples like blades to try them and when you gonna buy the pack, the blades that they sell you are way different. And same thing happen to me, I went back to ask for my refund all they say is "just credit store". I even ask for the manager or the owner to let him know, but he always is "busy", he never shows up. This is bulls**t.

I went to this store to buy something yesterday and today they refused to sell me an item because I was not a Customer. I don’t get how I’m not a customer when I did purchase something the day before. Now the lady’s at the counter were giving each other signs not to sell me anything when I haven’t been there but once and I did not steal or made any rude comments to these people. Very unprofessional and would not recommend their services. I know other shops would love to gain new customers.

Had an issue with my countertops a big crack right on the middle of my island right after installation. I was afraid we’d had to get a new slab and pay more but luckily my Fabricator called a rep from this company and right off the bat gave a solution with little cost. The rep even showed up on site to assist very friendly customer service.

Worst store in Houston. Never had a bad experience like in this place. All the employees are mean and they give you an attitud. And when you want to talk to the owner, he never show up and hide in his "office".

Should of stayed away like the review said 1. Owner is a liar 2. If you do card transaction over the phone, owner over charges or does double and some times adds multiple charges without consent to your card. 3. When confronted about it plays like he has no clue and refuses to give your money back. 4. Only offers store credit so you are forced to continue business with him. 5. Blames the owner of the company which is him but puts the blame on his wife 6. Trash

Ok haters they are the best and treat us good and have quality service and tools so y’all should head on down and come get supplies for y’all’s house you won’t regret it
