I was receiving training to obtain an AIB certificate for the company that I work for. I had an absence due to health problems. I was expelled from class by the instructor: E. Arnold his name and he wear glasses and is blond. He was making angry gestures in front of the camera. He was not courteous in class. He asked off-topic questions. He was not transparent when speaking. At the beginning of class, he asked a personal question of each person. Sorry but that’s the truth.
Well all I can say is that when I was younger about ages 6 to 16. My family and my Fathers parents and all of my known uncles an aunts, an there kids would come to this building each year for Christmas and events. I remember growing up an visiting K-State and visiting my Grandpa, Paul Klover. I think he was Vice President here. We used to spend a lot of time here playing hide an seek an running up an down the halls of this building. Even though I have not been inside of this building in over 10-15 years I can still remember the layout and where everything was at. I'd say this place holds a lot of special memories. Even my sisters worked here while tending college. Though we don't use this building anymore since my Grandpa retired. Other than that I can say it had to be a great job if a lot of my family all worked here for the time they did.
They employ an angry, hypocritical misogynous and disrespectful individual by the name of Jon Polstra. It would behoove AIB International to investigate this individual, his attitude could result in legal action if his current behavior isn't corrected to be respectable.
As I worked more hours than any other employee at East Balt. Bakery, I still had the opportunity to further my education through American Institute of Baking because of their flexibility to adapt to the demands placed upon full-time employees. My performance on the job was enhanced by the knowledge gained by the course requirements and successful completion of examinations.
I graduated from class 133 on December 9 1988 best choice I ever made very sorry aib shut down the school but I understand why they had to do it
Wonderful well informed staff. A pleasure to work with and always extremely helpful.
