I’ve been going to Dr. Aidoo for almost 7 years. I’ve never had a problem with them. The wait can take a little bit sometimes but it’s never too bad. The purpose for my review though is to say how amazing the office Manager Libby is. She is a pleasure every time I see her and recently she was so helpful to me when a specialist from a different doctors office was giving me a really hard time. I called Dr Aidoo’s office for assistance with the issue and Libby went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. Thanks again
If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately we are leaving this practice! The PAs Muhammad and Dr Aidoo are phenomenal but the staff is horrendous!!! We schedule and confirmed appointments at the St. Cloud office and when we arrive we’re told the appointment was scheduled for a different office! We asked why we were scheduled for Kissimmee as we have NEVER gone to the Kissimmee office and they just give a bunch of excuses instead of rectifying the issue or finding a solution. We rescheduled and requested the St Cloud Office and when we arrived for the appointment, we were AGAIN told our appointment was for Kissimmee. We were completely baffled! This time there was no excuse, just stated our appointment was “Yesterday”. When we showed the confirmation text, we were again told it was in Kissimmee! We are over that office. They need Libby back!!
Pathetic front desk customer service. One rep was unhelpful/unknowledgeable while the other rep sitting next to her had smart remarks when asking her questions. Mind you, asking questions for an appointment THEY scheduled themselves. Their excuse was one of them was new and that was why the appointment was made. Instead of apologizing and figuring out a solution, I was told your not seeing the doctor today. We will be going else where going forward. Unfortunate because Dr. Aidoo is a good doctor and was who helped us in the hospital. He needs to get rid of the staff or at the very least have them trained in basic customer service skills before we waste our time dealing with those front desk assistants. If you are looking for an office where you will be treated or spoken to with basic respect, this is not the office for you.
Better business needs to be called on this place they are very unprofessional there is no ac it was so hott there is dirty bandaids all over the ground he is so rude and the girls at the front desk is even more horrible what happened to libby?? Because the office manager he has now let her staff call me a Karen sooooo unprofessional
They made me wait in the waiting room an hour passed my appointment, then got mad when I said I had to leave without being seen because I had work. They NEVER have appointments available when you're actually sick. This place is a joke.
Dr Aidoo is the best! He is not afraid to listen to your issues and order the tests you feel you need. Most doctors don’t spend the quality time with their patients like Dr Aidoo does. If you want a provider who cares about your well being and health he is the PCP to go see. My whole family goes to him.
Our first appointment the Dr. was 3 hours late. The staff kept saying: He is on his way. Supposedly he was at the hospital less then 3 miles away. Finally, saw the Dr. and he recommended X-rays. Follow-up: We must have received more then 5 text reminding us of our appointment. My husband has been in lots of shoulder and elbow pain. Get to the appointment 20 min. early, and they say: the Dr. is on his way.. At the appointment time the receptionist asked him: why are you here? Follow-up on X-rays. His associate is our PA, a week before he had told us the results , but Dr. Aidoo is the Sports medicine expert and we wanted to know about the treatment. So she says: Do you want to reschedule?? Reschedule, why? I thought he was on his way. Everyone here is waiting for him. OK, but we thought that you said he was on his way. SO do you tell this to everyone? Is he on his way? Well he took lunch at 2:pm and he was 2:35 and she had no idea if and when he would be in....We just left. Completely irresponsible Dr. He has no concern for the patients nor the fact that our time is also precious! I would NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!
I will say the doctor himself is great. However the staff is probably the most unreliable and not knowledgeable at all when it comes to what needs to be done. My husband went to the hospital and I asked for the records to be sent to the doctor, but since they have “no access” they can’t do anything. The staff is probably the reason why most of the patients won’t come back. Maybe if they have the right training and know what they are capable of doing then things would run a little more smoothly.
Office is old and shabby. Staff is okay at best. Second time there the doctor was an hour late and after waiting an hour and a half he gives me three minutes before his next real patient because I was walking out the door. Great impression. Not going back.
So I called an the lady said she can't check when my appointment is because there's no at the front desk it's 3:30 pm an you mean to tell me there isn't a single person at the desk ok I'll remember that an I'll be sure to tell corporate about it too
