I’m sorry but he should retire he may have been a good Dr once but….. wrote me a script for trt which I’ve been on for approx 12 years or so and Walgreens refused it and he wouldn’t redo the script because it was too high a dose of 2mil every month. Told him it was time to part ways since he didn’t want to even call my previous Dr for those 12 years and as I walked past the nurses station I said this is the worst Dr I’ve ever been to!

He tried to milk a visit from me to refill my prescription, even though I had just seen him a few weeks ago. He's well aware how dangerous it is to miss this particular meds, yet he played games with my refill There's always a long wait as he takes 15 mins breaks in between patients The front office staff are lazy, rude, incompetent and not professional He should retire and stop chasing $ with horrible patient service

My family has been going to Dr. Chung for 10+ years because he is very thorough and compassionate. You might have to wait longer than you want before he can see you and that's because he spends the time with each patient he needs to discuss your symptoms and his recommendations. He doesn't just walk in the exam room, look at your vitals, ask a couple of questions, and then writes you a prescription then leaves. He will spend the time to make sure that all your concerns are addressed. With my and my family's health, I want quality not speed. Try to go to a walk-in clinic or a giant practice where their goal is to see as many patients in a day as possible to see if your experience is better, but I honestly doubt it. You will most likely have to wait just as long or longer and then the Dr. will walk in and out before you even get to explain everything you're coming in for and you'll be left with questions you never got to ask and a course of treatment and prescriptions that you have no clue about.

1. Physicals are only labs, the doctor does not get reflexes and Neuro function. 2. You would never get your prescriptions in a timely manner. 3. They never answer the phones. 4. Constant employee turnover 5. I’ve seen the doctor yell at his employees as if they were dogs, IN FRONT OF PATIENTS!! 6. Nasty attitude amongst the doctor and staff. 7. If you have a 9 am appointment. He makes you wait an hour and a half to be seen.

I am very grateful to be part of Dr.Chung team. Dr.Chung is very professional and care alot for his patients. He take his time with each patient and has alot of empathy for them. He is an internal medicine doctor with alot of years of experience / knowledge.. he will never prescribed medications unless is needed . His office staff is very professional and friendly that love to help as much as they can , Walkins are always Welcome phones are always answer. thank u doctor you are the best . Leidy

Doesn't care for anyone just wants the money. Recommends the wrong medication for people And trust me I know because my friends mom is a pharmacist and when I had the flu she said why would he recommend this when it has nothing to do with controlling your symptoms or getting you to feel better if I can give 0 stars I would

Be aware, he will ruin your life and the life you can spend with your future kids and spouse. He ruined the vision of a good person and now that person is struggling fighting for their life.. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Won’t give you results over the phone. Wants you to make another appointment so he can make more money

He called me out to unlock his house when I got on the street and called and cancel wouldn't pay me a Cent and it took me 30 minutes to get to him
