We take the focus off of max reps with max weight and put emphasis on building longer, leaner, TONED muscles using body weight and moderate weights. We utilize TRX-suspension training, heavy ropes, and kettle balls all while keeps track of your health, nutrition, motivation, and progress each week. My goal is yours. We are in this together.
