My kids have loved the classes here from a very young age to now as pre-teens. The staff is always so helpful and flexible. The facility is kept up very nicely and they are always working to make little improvements. Love the parents night out option as well.
We've taken classes here since our kids were small toddlers. We absolutely love Airborne. Growing up dancing, I didn't want my ballet obsessed daughter to go through the same experience as me - which was abusive teachers. Airborne has been a breath of fresh air. The teachers are kind and warm. Elena, Alberta and now Karolina. They are building a love of dance in a safe and healthy environment.. My son has done gymnastics and ninja classes with Master Ben and holds fond memories from every class he's taken! We were sad when they closed the Frederick campus, but it's worth the drive to Longmont in order to continue supporting them!
Both of our kids 5 & 7 have LOVED their Ninja classes at Airborne! Specifically, Coach Mica has been amazing in supporting our youngest child. We also have friends in their gymnastics program and everyone is so happy with their experience here. Highly recommend!
My son loves the Lil' Nina's class at Airborne! The teachers, Ben and Abby, are amazing. I don't know how they get eight 4 to 5 year olds to be so focused and attentive. It really is quite impressive. Ninja class incorporates beginning gymnastics skills into a fun and engaging ninja format. I have always had very positive interactions with everyone at the front desk as well. They are always willing to answer questions.
BEWARE! Airborne's new owner are unethical and dishonest, in our experience. Immediate termination of level 10 athlete, a six year veteran of an Airborne's competitive team, from the team/gym within 24 hours and two emails while gaslighting the situation with false accusation: unfathomable. We had, still have, never met or even spoken to the new owners. Their primary reason after numerous false accusations were debunked, was because I refused to purchase a competition leotard through them. Here's the kicker, they already OK'd the parents to select and purchase the leotards directly without them. I personally requested and received permission via email from a Director at Airborne with at least one of the owner's acknowledgement to inquire about wholesale pricing and to purchase the competition leotards directly. Since I had been ordering gear for the team for several years, I directly contacted the leotard rep and was able obtain wholesale pricing, without use of a booster club, put design options together, and secured sizers upon Airborne's approval of design. Parents were also granted permission by Airborne to use practice time to size the girls. Apparently Airborne planned to use the sizers I secured to place the order directly and surprise! upcharge all parents with no communication at all. I heard this through the grapevine during the designated practice for parents to size the girls as our family was in crisis mode and I was not at the gym. I did the work to design and secure great pricing for the team, with permission from Airborne, for the team's benefit, and then they underhandedly swooped in to charge the team without even the courtesy of asking if they could use the sizers I secured. This felt very deceptive and manipulative. It gets worse than just charging me for the work I did. My first communication I had with Airborne owner's was when I iinitiated an email per directors/head coach suggestion explaining the history, their previous approval, and the work I put into it. Their following emails had numerous conflicting statements as well several false accusations towards me, such as I used an old booster club to obtain wholesale pricing and that I never did the ordering for the team. Note, another company also offered wholesale pricing to us as parents. They continued to KNOWINGLY falsely tell parents that I unethically used an old booster club to obtain wholesales even after they were told that I had written proof to the contrary. One would expect people who work with children to promote ethics, integrity, and communication. Airborne's behavior is unacceptable for any business, but especially for those entrusted with children and teens. I had kept the Director/Head Coach abreast of how pricing was obtained and every step I was taking via text. I openly and transparently communicated, truthfully, in good faith. Once the booster club accusation was debunked the owner's told others that I sent excessively negative emails but neglected to mention that my emails were in response to their false accusations. My daughter had completely trusted and had had a close relationship with the head coach. His actions, or lack thereof, caused her to lose her great love for the sport and caused damage with trusting another coach in a different sport. All the correspondence is in writing. Please feel free to contact me on this matter at protect.our.child. athletes at gmail. I will do everything I can to keep this from happening to another child/teenager. Oh and btw, booster clubs are for the benefit of the athletes, not a pro-profit business. Don't get bullied into pay-for-play, it's illegal. You can find more information at USA gymnastics. Update: Aiborne's response stating that USAG investigated and dismissed the case is misleading. See attached photo for more details.
The class teachers are very friendly and nice to the kids. My child always has fun and is excited to go. The management/front office staff is very abrasive and snotty. If you choose to bring your child here make sure you don’t have any other children with you. Management is very rude, dismissive and demanding about what you are allowed to do as a parent with a non-participant children. Especially considering they require you to wait at the location while your children is in class. Sadly I will be researching other gymnastics schools for next fall.
My oldest daughter started here as a very shy girl. Today she is bubbly, outgoing, and not afraid to try new things. Thank you Airborne for giving my girl some confidence to be bold!
Airborne Gymnastics staff and coaches are amazing! They communicate well with parents and students in an encouraging and constructive way. The front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They also are prompt and courteous. The coaches are enthusiastic and supportive, suggesting the best path for your children. The programs are diverse and they offer camps that engage students' interests. I highly recommend this gym!
We love Airborne gymnastics and dance. We have 7 children and all our kids have classes there. Our oldest son was 4 when he started going there and is now 15 and still does gymnastics once a week. There dance program is awesome and we can’t wait for fall session to start. They have such a wonderful staff and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. We are so thankful we found this place many years ago! Pam the owner is wonderful too, I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Thank you Airborne for the wonderful experience you have given our family!!!
