I am having a friendly and joyful rides every time I booked my trip from Seattle to Yakima or vice versa. This company and all drivers are very accommodating and helpful to the elderly. I like how they taking care of the passengers. Also knowledgeable and professional drivers. I can always take nap along the way.
Always good and one of the only ways back and forth from Yakima and Seattle. The rate is fair and the drivers are always kind. Comfortable ride, room for checked baggage and make 1 stop on the way.
Good to have their service --not too be taken for granted. Not particularly reliable my bus today showed up 20 minutes late with no prior notification or explanation is a beautiful, clear sunny day. Poor communication with dispatcher or whoever answers phone calls. Drivers generally excellent and professional but not always. I once witnessed a driver belittle a passenger-- unprofessional-- hopefully that driver does not work for the company anymore. Also, there are no seatbelts, at least not in the vehicle I am riding in now.
Bel-Air shuttles are awesome!! Can't find flights out of Yakima to Seattle, take this shuttle. Friendly, safe drivers have always been available when traveling. Great job!!!
I sure appreciate this service to be shuttled over to SeaTac and back for airline trips. They run often enough to fit most flight plans.
I’ve taken the Ellensburg -> SEATAC route a few times now. Friendly, hard-working drivers. They are real heroes in the snow, over the pass. Busses are clean and on time all things considered. Great job, guys! Thank you!
Great price, no hassle ride to Sea-Tac from Yakima. It was a great experience and would travel this way again.
Took the shuttle from Yakima to Seattle with my family for the thanksgiving holiday. Our trip was leaving Yakima at 5 am and the driver didn’t arrive u til 5:15 and we didn’t leave till 5:30. The driver rushed Everyone on the bus and had everyone check themselves in on a piece of paper. We sat up front just behind the driver and just as we left, another passenger in the town behind us started getting sick and started vomiting on the seat in front of him, which is where my young daughter and husband were sitting. They tried to get out of the way but they couldn’t. We yelled to the driver that someone was getting sick and he ignored us. My husband asked the driver if he could pull over because the vomit was All over the floor of the bus and the seats. My family had to get up and find a new place to sit while the bus was still moving and we did not stop until selah. I was so upset about the whole situation and felt the driver could have stopped immediately. The bus was not equipped with any cleaning supplies, only a roll of paper towels. the bus smelled so bad for the whole ride to Seattle and our whole experience was horrible. Hopefully I can speak with someone after the holiday about a refund due to our whole experience. This is absolutely unacceptable
I recently booked a bus fare for my parents, a week prior to their departure date Vivian, the manager, called me stating that the time needed to change due to shortage with drivers, which sucked but I appreciated the heads up. On my parents trip back they arrived earlier than expected so I quickly reached out the to the number on their website the day of and spoke with Rebecca, she quickly moved the reservation for my parents to an earlier time and my parents arrived home earlier than expected which was nice! Overall i was happy with the experience, I would book again in the future. Thank you -Ricardo
Love this place. The ladies were friendly and had great sense of humor, which was very much needed that early in the morning. Great service. When I got to my destination I remembered the leftovers I for got to throw away. I called them up and they took care of it for me. Thank you for doing that.
