Love this place. We have been going here for years and they take great care of my daughter. They give her positive feedback as well as constructive and ease her anxiousness at the dentist. They are perfect for kids.
they're very friendly and respect. my kids love it and one of my daughter who is deaf, they're good communication with interpreter for my daughter. She like when they're more respect and very patience about who is deaf, they keep write note with communication and interpreter too. Thank you for respect and I blessing of them.
Alameda Pediatric Dentistry is super kid friendly!! All staff members are professional and puts kids needs first. My daughter has been coming here since she was a toddler and now she is 9! I cannot imagine going to another dentistry because she feels most comfortable and valued here.
My daughter and I just came from our first dentist appointment today, and we loved it! Nelly was so kind to squeeze us in for a semi-emergency appointment the same day, and Monica, Nancy and Dr. Mobasher were so wonderful to work with. Dr Tung and Rita were fantastic for our first visit. Answered all our questions thoroughly and made my 11 month son feel very comfortable. No crying, no fuss. :
Our dental assistant hygienist? Not sure what her title is CeCe was incredible. My two-year old was terrified and resistant and CeCe was incredibly patient, bringing in a darling princess teddy bear to be my daughter’s “buddy” and show her how everything was going to go. CeCe took the time and tried a variety of creative solutions to make sure River was comfortable before examining her mouth. By the end River was proudly opening her mouth for the dentist and showing off her teeth! 10 stars!!
Maria was absolutely wonderful! She was thorough in her explanation of a complex orthodontic treatment plan. She was compassionate and worked hard to come up with the best plan for our family. Our orthodontic consultation was very thorough and informative As well. Service was superb although staff was aware that we were on the fence about keeping our service with the office due to plan changes which were out of our control. As a result, we intend to stay!
Changing from 5 stars to 2 because the last several times we've gone, wait times have been over 55 minutes! Very difficult with little kids. When you're actually in the room, these people know what's going on. Professional staff, was able to floss, brush, and varnish my 2 yr old's teeth comfortably. They play movies on the ceiling while they do their work and kids get a goodie bag in completion. I was impressed. We had a good experience. There is always an appointment delay, but the waiting room has a play area, a movie and books. We might go somewhere else for Pediactric dentistry because the wait times are frustrating. Parking is easy and right out front of their location.
We love alameda pediatric dentistry! I first brought my oldest 3 years ago and the service was great. Now my youngest had her first visit and Celia gave her the best experience ever with her first cleaning! The smiles we got at the entrance and her name on the board made her feel excited about her visit. They are definitely kid oriented and show it in there service.
Dr. Thernard and Amanda are the best. They are kind and gentle with my son and make the experience so pleasant for him. I’m very grateful for them :
