Brought our 2 year old here today for his first official dental cleaning. Could not have gone better or asked for more. The staff especially Liz and Dr. Mobasher are incredibly friendly, professional, and are experts at making children feel comfortable at the dentist. Our son was able to get the full cleaning plus fluoride treatment because he was so at ease. The facility itself is state of the art and super clean and organized. Highly recommend and we’re happy to find a pediatric dentist we are so pleased with!
I couldn't recommend Alameda Pediatric Dentistry more! I started taking my 2 year old here earlier this year and every single person has been a pleasure to work with. The staff is extremely knowledgable and communicating with the front office staff is a breeze. Thank you all for taking such great care of my kiddo!
We've had great service so far with our orthodontic care. We rarely have more than a few minutes wait time. The providers are patient, careful, and excellent with explaining my son's progress/plan. His plan seems longer than I would have expected, but I'm trying to trust their process.
They’re so professional and kind. My son had a great experience. Even though they no longer have a contract with my insurance company Delta Dental they helped me navigate everything and were very transparent in the cost of all the procedures we chose to do. My insurance still covers a portion of the cost, and depending on the kind of insurance you have, some cover more. It is disappointing that I can no longer have the full amount covered, but they do have other dental offices that take my insurance which I might consider transferring to, but the proximity and the fact that my son was so comfortable there makes me want to stay, even despite the extra cost out of pocket. Hopefully my husband’s insurance can cover it in the future. They no longer have a little play area in the waiting room, as seen in one of the photos on yelp, which my son was a little disappointed in, so just FYI. My 4yo was pretty comfortable laying back watching Bluey and getting his first dental X-ray see pics!
What a great pediatric dentistry practice! Everyone is kind and gentle. They manage to make the whole thing fun. The office is also impeccably clean and thoughtfully laid out. My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist!
"They treat you so nice" <-- says my 9yo son who has been a patient here for a couple of years. Even though our insurance is no longer accepted we keep coming back because of the amazing staff that provide such excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable and worth paying out of pocket. I appreciate how the staff treats my son as the patient. Engaging with him directly and answering his questions. He has never feared coming to the dentist because they always make him feel safe and heard. Quite frankly I cannot say enough good things. Parking is metered but always available. The office is clean and they take the utmost care in dealing with COVID precautions. Thank you Alameda Pediatric Dentistry!
I can’t imagine a better dentist office for my six year old. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to the kid’s needs and mental and physical comfort. I wish I could be a patient here.
I had bad experiences with other pediatric dentists and orthodontists. It felt like they were trying to upsell us on unnecessary procedures. We came here and the orthodontist was straightforward and said that no tooth extractions were necessary. So happy here with the orthodontists that we now use them for regular dentistry.
10/10 would recommend! The front office staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our 2 year old for his first check up.
Great service & dental care. Staff is friendly and thorough in their knowledge and explanation of services. I will recommend this location to my family members and am glad all three of my children will be seen here.
