Alamo Rent A Car

We rented a van to take my in-laws for a week trip to Louisiana. With 4 adults and a 5 year old, we had plenty of room PLUS plenty of luggage space. It was nice to know that we had a new, up-to-date, comfortable vehicle to drive and knowing that we could call with any issues was extremely reassuring. We WILL rent from Alamo again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to rent, even above Enterprise and Hertz, which we have rented from as well!

Amazing customer service! Easy and convenient check-in and drop-off process. Decent prices, too. I also got to drive a brand new car Honda HRV with less than 5K miles for almost 1 week. I will patronize them again!

We had an excellent experience with Alamo Rent A Car at the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC airport. Pick up was quick and easy and drop off was streamlined.

Krystal was great to work with. Process was smooth. Car selection was good and our rental was clean. I usually rent with enterprise, but after this experience I may be using Alamo more.

Staff is friendly and courteous and check in was a breeze. The car class I booked wasn't there but Megan was able to get me into another car at a cheaper rate. I enjoyed my experience and I definitely recommend for your rental car needs.

On this my most recent trip, I rented from Alamo Rent A Car, and had an excellent experience!!! The lady at the Greenville Airport location was very kind and witty. When I asked her that I had to change my itinerary to leave vehicle at the Nashville location, she quickly gave me the update and told me the difference. I have rented from Alamo before, but this time, they did a fantastic job in meeting my needs and surpassing my expectations. During this pandemic, masks are required and social distancing is expected. BTW, that BMW3 was an excellent rental!!! But, not good seats for big girls. !! Happy Rental!!!
