I was googling this doctor to refer to him to someone else and was surprised at the negative reviews. He was very on the ball. I was very happy with him, I do not remember the staff very well though. But Dr. Alan was very good and knew what he was doing. Not only with me, but also knows how to get things done with insurance in a timely manner. He made the experience good enough to recommend others.

Although wait time is about 2 hrs, There’s a reason why. They are very thorough. They aren’t bad doctors at all and it’s different types of doctors not just 1.

The reviews are correct, this place is terrible. I was waiting for 45 minutes and asked when I would be seen. She said there were 2 people in front of me. When I said I couldn't wait any longer the receptionist kind of laughed at me. I wish I read the reviews before I booked; sad. The office is also filthy which was gross.

HORRIBLEEEE! AVOID AT ALL COST! YOU WILL BE WAITING 2-3 HOURS TO BE SEEN AND NOBODY CARES. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO DO PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON THAT DAY BECAUSE YOU WILL MISS IT DUE TO THIS PLACE MAKING YOU WAIT. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They book 100 appointments in one day and don’t have anywhere to sit. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Worst experience ever! Have to wait for 4 hours to see the doctor, so don’t even come. If there is an option to give them 0 stars, I will definitely do that!

I like the docs and the crews there but not the front desk lady. So rude and impatient. Always gives attitude.

This office is horrible!! They make patients wait over 3 hours. They charge patients for tests that covered by insurance. Every visit that my mom has it is a $50 copay and they make her come back 2-3 times. This office is ridiculous and they take advantage of people. Front desk has a horrible attitude!! Office is overcrowded and they over book appointments. He should be ashamed of himself.

The worst experience!!!!! This place achedulws you and has the patients wait for hours. On on of my mothers appoimemt for a procedure she waited over 5 hours. Today a simple follow up we had the appointment at 11:30 am. It's 1:24pm and still waiting. "You are next, the doctor is finishing up a procedure" that's all they could say. NEVER COMIMG BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE. No stars if it was up to me
