I am in so much pain and Ashley Narain is jumping through hoops trying to get me approved for an injection in my back on today on my first appointment. This office is very compassionate . I am very thankful for them and I highly recommend them.
I have been a patient for over 6 years, Dr Groth is a compassionate and dedicated professional he always takes time to listen and gives great advice which doesn’t happen with many other doctors. His staff is equally as professional and courteous, I highly recommend Dr Groth!
I just want to say the best decision I could ever have made was to begin treatment with DrTimothy growth pain management office, all of the staff have been wonderful, kind , caring,and compassionate, Dr Marisa romano has taken me thru the process of managing my pain and I have never felt this degree of relief in a long time, thank you all.

I’ve been a patient here for several years and during this time everyone has been professional, friendly, helpful and caring. I go for weekly chiropractic and quarterly and as needed pain management care. Dr. Abdella & Dr. Matty are awesome with my back and Melissa and Brianna H are my go to receptionists! Definitely check them out if you’re in need of pain management!
Simply the best in the business! Not going to bore you with details of my challenge but don't give up until you take a few moments to meet with Dr Groth and his incredible team alongside him. The experience from when you're greeted to the follow up supersedes any other doctors office I have ever experienced!
Terrible! They changed my appointment & told me I can only see Dr. Awan. I went to this office because someone I know recommended Dr. Groth, but I wasn't allowed to see him. Different insurance in the same office? Before I ever seen any Dr. I was fitted for a back brace- because the Doctor wanted me to have one? Yet, i never spoke to a Doctor yet. After I was brought to a different room, and the Doctor sat across the room, flipped through papers what was my MRI reports I guess then asked me over and over what I want to do? if I knew how to fix myself, I wouldn't be there She never asked me anything about what's wrong, she did not do any type of exam. She told me that I should go back to the Dr. I seen before them, when I told her several times I was looking for another option, & was hoping that like the web site, they would know more than I've been trying so far. I just am not understanding how you can be fitted for a brace, never examined and told to pretty much get out of her face and practice medicine that is for people who are clearly in pain. We can all have a bad day, and that's fine, but when your in pain that is relentless, you are hoping the Doctor at least asks what is wrong. Sad.
Dr. Groth’s office in Smithtown is by far the best! Very clean facilities, super friendly MA’s, professional and you are always greeted with a smile! They take the time to listen to you and work out the best plan to get you feeling better! I recommend every one I know to come see these amazing doctors!
I have been to alot of pain management places and they all say "we here to help you" and don't. Dr. Groth's office is different they actually wanna help. They stayed vigilant and fought the evil insurance empire and got results for me. They all care about the patient and I will recommend this office to anyone who needs pain management. The staff is always polite and friendly. Excellent doctor's office!
I have been a patient of Dr Groth for about 20 years. He and his staff are always compassionate, caring and provide excellent care. He has performed numerous procedures on my various issues with precision. My wife now sees him as well. We are both complicated cases and he works cohesively with my other healthcare providers.
