I am teaching vinyasa style classes in Bath on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the summer. Times for both days are: 4-5 and 5:30-6:30. I will also be offering a gentle class on Thursday mornings from 8:45-9:45. Your first class is free so come give it a try! Other summer offerings include Saturday morning classes by the lake and yoga hikes. Call for more information and dates as scheduled.
