Albany Laundry Center

I have been coming to this laundry mat for years, ever since they changed owners it’s been great! This is one of the cleanest laundromats in the Albany area, Huge machines, always clean and the new owners installed new dryers which are very cost effective. My laundry always comes out dry and clean with never any issues. The laundromat is huge, they have several big washing machines more than other laundromats I have been to here in the Albany area. The business is always staffed with incredibly nice people who are helpful and attentive when it comes to their patrons. It’s worth the money for the size of the machines to wash or dry.

Best Place Ever I only come to this laundry Mat it’s worth the drive. The people are so kind especially the employees and management. My clothes always come out clean and smelling good. I think everyone should go here to clean their clothes I’m pretty sure they would love it as much as I do!

Been coming here 3 months now This is a great place to do your laundry. The owner is very friendly n helpful. Laundromat is always clean an bathroom . Love that there supplies sold here affordable and reasonably priced. Don’t let me forget onwer offers coffee/tea to consumer. All in all excellent place to laundry.

This is an excellent place to do your laundry. The owner/manager is very friendly and supportive. The place is always clean, machines are well maintained and the choices of washers and dryers are exceptional. The supplies sold in the store are very affordable and reasonably priced. This laundromat also offers coffee/tea and something to munch on while you wait. Watch a great movie while you wait. Great place to do laundry.

I been here 3 time and its been 100/10 experience every timeee. I lovee the owner, True hospitality the owner is nothing but amazing and truly for the people. He was so helpful and ensuring that we had a great experience. He was very welcoming and so kind hearted my first time being in a laundrymat alone he made sure we washed our clothes properly answering all questions. gave us detergent when we didn’t have, watched our stuff for us and he advised us on what machine to use based on our load size and helped us save money any way possible. Made doing laundry not feel like a chore at all. Also the laundromat has all new machines and is always spotless clean !!

Albany laundry center is a great place to wash your clothes all of the washers and dryers are up to date and working , the machines are always clean when i come and the owners are continuously keeping up on the cleanliness of the place . They also have a convenient store where you can but all your laundry day necessities and to top it off the customer services is excellent i truly wouldnt plan on using any other laundromat in albany.

Great customer service! The room is wide and clean with brand new equipment. These guys are really nice and friendly.

This is a great place to wash you clothing big washer and dryers. Great service from the attendant as well as personality. Since taking over it’s has been upgraded and cleaner. I have been using this laundromat for about 10 years

I find myself in need a a good laundromat, and while this place seems like it might be one... I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I've been trying here and there for a couple of weeks: No answer. Just rings until a message saying Voice Mail hasn't been set up comes on. I wanted to call first, confirm the hours, ask what time is "last load in", if it's coins or card, etc. Since they seem to be an attended laundromat, I'm not sure why no one answers? Hoping maybe by leaving this I'll get a response. Rating 3 for now, hopefully I'll be able to come back and edit with a proper/higher review.
