DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I recently purchased an entire kitchen worth of appliances from Albert Lee in Tacoma. We spent in double digit thousands of dollars on higher end appliances for us. I have a family moving in in two days, no appliances and no way of moving them myself because of Albert Lee. Read on. The delivery crew showed up at my house 2 days before we move in and refused to deliver due to safety concerns. They cited that my front porch wasn't completed enough for them to safely move the appliances over. Let me explain, my porch and deck was completely rebuilt as part of our complete remodel, brand new ledger board using ledger locks directly into the brand new rim joist of the house. Joists were 16 inches on center and I had DOUBLED up 2 layers of 1/2" OSB sheeting down. 8ft wide 6 ft deep. see the photos I even offered to screw it all down for them temporarily so they could deliver. Their dispatch center and subsequently their sales team DENIED to move the appliances into our house. My options were to drop them off at the porch or reschedule for after our deck completion. Deck surface wont be complete for several months..... Ive had multiple trades over working and installing for months now using this sheeting to stand on. In the end, I had them drop the items off in my DOWNSTAIRS garage and am going to have to hire movers to come do what Albert Lee would not. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Give it to Weirs Appliance store instead.
I had a problem with refrigerator door sealing properly. I contacted Jennifer in Tacoma and she arranged to have a replacement delivered. The exchange was very timely and professional. Cody and Lucas made sure to show me all the features and how to adjust them. They cleaned up their work area and were personable. I also dealt with Palmer Balke, who authorized the exchange. I'm very pleased with Albert Lee and will order more appliances through them as needed in the future. Thanks everyone.
Albert Lee staff have always been helpful when shopping for appliances--courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to phone messages and questions. We recently bought our fridge from them; in the past we've also gotten our washer, dryer, range, and over range microwave from them. I'm always quick to recommend buying from this store. Delivery/installation staff are also amazing. I've heard horror stories about delivery from other stores, but always had a good experience with AL. As an introverted, stay at home mom that struggles with anxiety, I don't like strange men in my home when my husband's away, but I've always been impressed with the communication, professionalism, and work ethic of delivery staff.
Edit: you can see the reply below and I was not told the handle was discontinued, that is the first time I heard that. It’s April 5th and the dishwasher is still not installed because it is still not the correct part. The tech came and agreed it was not the correct part AND it’s not even the correct door panel. Albert Lee I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt on this mistake, but now you’re straight up lying. I foolishly opted for the stainless steel door on my new dishwasher. The reason it was foolish is they have now sent the wrong mounting hardware TWICE. I have gone directly to the manufacturer and they have again directed me back to Albert Lee, unless I want to pay for the part on top of what I have already paid. This is absolutely ridiculous that three weeks after receiving my dishwasher it can't be fully installed because I can't get Albert Lee to send me the correct part.
I got the best price and also the quickest delivery service that I could find anywhere. They have a great selection. I have basically redone all of the major appliances now.
I had such an amazing experience with this place I just had to share it. My washer unexpectedly died and I had a new washer one day later. From Devin in the Tacoma store all the way to Aaron and his helper who delivered my new washer it was such a positive experience. Very professional,caring,and pleasant people!

If you’re in the market for appliances… I recommend Albert Lee. We ordered a washer and dryer from them online. Spoke to a salesman on the phone the following day to confirm the order. He actually recommended a less expensive and higher rated option. They delivered a week later with no drama and no issues! It’s their own delivery company!!! Not some third party outfit with poor service like Lowe’s. By far the best appliance buying experience we’ve had. A key point… I’ve never actually been in the store, just talked with them over the phone and used the website.
ETA: I've revised my review- it looks like the discount got lost in paperwork, so that was remedied ASAP. When you work with AL you work with both the sales team and the appliance hospital. It sounds like the sales team wasn't aware that the fridge door still wasn't replaced. They sent me out a new fridge to fully replace the old one and now the door handle design has been updated to avoid the handle breaking issue that happened during the original install! and it arrived within a week. I really appreciate the sales team and would like to stress making sure they're in the loop if you need to work with the appliance hospital! I've revised to five stars because even though this wasn't a perfect process after we received the fridge the process prior was great, and they did fix the issues I mentioned previously. In-store was a 5 star. The sales rep was super knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to buy. However, it's been very downhill since our purchase. We ordered our appliances and one came with a dent- we were told we would get a $100 rebate for it but MONTHS later we still haven't received it. The delivery team broke our fridge door handle and it has also been MONTHS without any information about when we will get a replacement. They constantly quote huge supply issues but big box stores aren't having the same ones, so I'm not sure I buy it. I paid for a fridge and months later I still don't have a door handle... Incredibly disappointing as I could have gotten the same appliances for the same prices at Lowe's/ home Depot. The freezer door also has a dent and that part may at this rate never arrive. Please do not make the mistake I did and give these folks your business- buy big box. Or anywhere else really. I mean my goodness, their own delivery team broke something and I sense zero effort on their end to make things right.
I was very impressed with the service as well as the wide range of products. I loved the fact that they ask you, when you walk in if you want someone to help you right away or would you like to look around? I bought a speed queen washer and was very pleased with the sales person named Constance. Very professional and attentive to all my questions. Waiting for the matching dryer to come back in stock to purchase that as well.
