18 service windows at this location. Only 3 windows open at a time. It’s like they are alternating breaks, which is normal right ? But tell me why they work about 30 mins then disappear to take a 30 minute break, then repeat. I saw the same people disappear multiple times for 15-30 minutes at a time over those 2 hours I was there. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of waiting time here. It took nearly two hours to do a title transfer when only 6 title transfers numbers were ahead of me when I arrived and got a ticket. Hire more help, and take less breaks! This location used to be efficient, but not anymore.
Came three times so far to register my new vehicle and keep getting turned down for the smallest things due to the lack of explaining what they need. They need a registration from any inspection spot but a pdf isn’t good enough. Physical copy. Waste of time.
I’m still looking for my head! Lady almost cut off my head..she should get a witch costume it would give everyone a better warning. Don’t forget who’s responsible for you getting a paycheck!!!
I ran into an issue renewing my vehicle registration online. I decided to stop by this office to renew it. I entered about 8:15am on a Wednesday. I was immediately shown to a front desk where I was given a number. There was a fair amount of people in the waiting room. I was worried that I would have to wait a long time to be helped. About 15 minutes after I arrived my number was called. The person who helped me was friendly and efficient. I explained my issue and she helped me to resolve it. I paid for my registration and left with a new vehicle registration sticker for my car. If you need to renew your vehicle registration and you are unable to do this online, I recommend stopping by this office.
Was helped by Walter today and he did a great job. I’d recommend going to the Bexar Co Tax Assessors website to see what documents you’ll need, print them out and fill in the information before coming to the office. I got in line 15 minutes before they opened and was done by 8:15am. Wait was very minimal if you get there early.
Why is this place some much slower then the Pleasanton Rd location. I dred coming to the Nacogdoches location because they are so freaking slow.
Normally I’ve had good luck here but I went to get my trailer title changed and they wouldn’t let me do it as I didn’t have a bill of sale to show a price yet I told them how much I paid for it. Waisted 2 hours of my time when I was told I was fine by front desk lady.
The service is fairly rapid. Clerks at this location seem to be on the ball. Would have given 5 stars but, card use fee got me. I used my debit card to pay for my auto registration sticker. The price was $85. The clerk then say their is a fee to use card to pay. Fee was $1.50. So, the county charges a registration fee to help cover road repairs for all of Bexar County. They then have the gall to tack on a fee if you use a debit card. I guess because the card companies Visa, Mastercard, etc charge a fee to.pricesd all the card paperwork, places that accept the card are now charging fees to help pay processing fee. If they didn't charge that fee, they'd just go up $1.50 on the registration sticker price. It was just the idea of the $1.50 fee that git to me. *Don't go to DMV branch on Nacogdoches just north of Judson road. They don't do auto registration stickers. The Tax office near Ladybird Park on Nacogdoches Road near Wurzbach Parkway is where you go.
Such a surprise how friendly and professional the staff were with how stressful an environment they are in the person that was at the window went off on then when they told the person they had to have proof of insurance before they could do any thing more. we were next to the window greet found out I didn't have the Forms filled out correctly the gentleman at the window Was awesome took time to get correct Forms and all paperwork we would need and ran over got all taken care of came back and from time entering to walking out 30 minutes all was done thank you for the help
Highway robbery! Charged 319 for me to change my plates from Va to Tx.... even though I am Military and on orders! Woman helping us was ghetto and rude too. Do not recommend ever going there, they have no respect.
