Ms Mary is the absolute BEST!!! Me and my parents come see her every year without fail and she ALWAYS rocks it!!! She always has coffee and sweets ready for us and is the epitome of customer service!! Anyone that needs help should look no further!!!!

This place is deserving of a triple Zero. Absolute worst experience EVER. Old Mary Alaquinez is oh so very rude when making a mistake. She did not attempt to correct & there was no reach out from admin after a known issue was reported several times. She yelled, shouted, hung up, rejected my concerns about my name & information on return being entered incorrectly & to top it all off called the Police & when all was said & done she was wrong. There was no apology or acknowledge on her behalf. Most frightening she lied & attempted to paint me as a "angry black woman" when indeed I am very articulate & can speak without using profanity or raging like a wild bull. I calmly informed her of what information I felt was incorrect. Not only did she unprofessionally state she was NOT going to provide a review she denied me of a copy of my return got up ignored me & called law enforcement making sure to say I was a black female smh. I didn't disrespect this human once. Always said ma'am & Ms whenever I spoke to her & in return a spit in the face! I would NOT recommend. They only care about the money. Customer service is garbage seriously. They charge almost $700 for something you can do online for free when in reality it's really interest for the little $500 loan even though it's advertised as $0.00% interest. Then your charged you almost $200 for said used "software." Highway robbery for work not done work smh but that's the world we live in want all of our own ducks to be in a row & could give a damn about anyone else. Had it been her taxes, her time, her money I bet she would have saw things differently. For her to be doing this service for so long & customer service is lacking sad. Very despicable.

I highly recommend Mary Alaquniez She was very helpful and also very kind . Very fast as well. Energy was great 5 star over all for their business. I appreciate how she gave me all the details I needed. Thank you

Yes I am just now leaving this place a very very and I mean very satisfied customer… I give you my word that both women here will do all that they can do to get you all of the money that is owed to you I am a happy customer so have no doubt that you will get what is owed to you from the IRS .. thank you both so much ladies Much love for you both

Do NOT go to this Rapid Tax location on 1331 Fair Avenue in SA TX.i had the worst experience with "Maria Alaquinez" she is very rude and is completely incompetent when it comes to preparing income taxes. She file my taxes under the wrong status "single: instead of married filing separate. I informed of the error and asked her to correct it, she replied "sorry I already send it electronically and I can't correct it now" when asked to submit an amendment to correcther erro, she became extremely rude and agitated. The second error - she entered the wrong Routing Number on my tax form. So now I don't have access to my refund. I called the office and she won't take my calls. I'm going file a complaint with the BBB and her boss.

My husband and I had Mary Alaquinez help us with our tax return. She was very nice and super helpful. I will be doing my taxes with her from now on, and I will recommend her to everybody.

Mary told me that she would help me get the most out of my refund which was a lie Please don't waste your time it's not worth it. Turbo tax was going to get me more money n only charge me $39 to file my taxes. Mary charge me $100 n got me less This place is a scamm

I had went to a different location first and was not satisfied but when I came and saw Mary she helped me out so much! Thank you again, I will be back next year!
