We were treated like royalty. This doctor is a awesome service oriented scientist. His gentle care and handling with our furry loved ones was delightful and his expert knowledge of treatment, diagnosis and remedy always exceeds my expectations as a customer and a licensed scientist my self. He and his staff have served us for about ten years.

We had an emergency situation with our cute little puppy. They got us in right away. I didn't get to meet the staff in person due to covid but their friendly, helpful, caring manner over the phone comforted me to the point I didn't think twice about handing over our little Bella. Dr. Butterwick was very informative regarding our options and not at all pushing us to do something that was more invasive than needed. She even called the day after to check up on our little Bella.

Very loving staff! You can really tell they care about your fur babies! Doctors are attentive and listen to any questions and concerns you might have. Always willing to make suggestions and help ease any expertise level of pretty owner whether you have an old dog, have had multiple dogs, or are a first time puppy owner.

Dealing with concerning health issues is has always been stressful for me, and for everyone I know that has had a pet. I feel all of the folks at Alcor do the best that they can. The only thing I found as a negative was crossing the busy street at the top of the hill and the size of their parking lot especially for the disabled client bring in a pet.

We took our miniature poodle, Rosie to get her shots and get groomed at Alcor Cresta. They treated both her and us so well! They took care of everything we needed with a great attitude. Our poodle is very nervous about visiting the groomer so we definitely appreciated that they were so caring with her. Very impressed with this business and the kind vets/groomers/customer service. Definitely recommend!

I have been bringing my cats to Alcor Cresta for their veterinary care since I got them around 14 years ago. I've been to other vets for other pets in the past, and have been much happier with this one. Dr. Good was the best and saved my kitty's life more than once, and Dr. Clayton was wonderful too. Now my cats are usually seen by Dr. Llewellyn, and you can tell he really cares about the animals and is good at what he does, too. I wasn't thrilled when I took them for their annual checkup this week that I had to wait in the car and couldn't go in with them during their checkup to talk to the doctor in person, but I understand that that's standard procedure for vets right now during the COVID-19 situation, and Dr. Llewellyn called me in my car following his exam and discussed it with me as thoroughly as ever over the phone. I left satisfied that my kitties are still in good hands. Thanks, Dr. Llewellyn!

Alcor Cresta is phenomenal! Dr. Llewellyn and Dr. Butterwick both take excellent care of our pup and kitten, and they are always happy to answer any questions before, during, or after an exam. The front desk staff is kind, friendly, and easy to work with when scheduling appointments. Alcor Cresta will also be up front about different care options and pricing, which I know from experience is an issue with other vets in the valley. The vets will present multiple choices, give you a price for each one you don't even have to ask, and then wait for you to make a choice. They don't pressure you and will only give advice when asked. It's a great vet hospital and we don't trust anyone else with our fur babies!

I called when my dog started pooping and vomiting blood, they told me they didn’t have any open availability for appointments but accept walk ins until 4 pm. I brought my dog in as a walk in and while waiting our turn in the waiting area my dog threw up more blood on their floor, as soon as the receptionist saw the puddle of blood on the floor she took me back to one of the exam rooms and the vet tech immediately came into to check her vitals and next the vet came in soon after. The vet we had was amazing, he was so kind and attentive to both my dogs needs and mine. He helped me decide the best treatment plan for her and called the next to check in on her. I love love love this office! Amazing service

We have entrusted many of our precious babies to the excellent care and caregivers at Alcor Cresta. We started taking our cats and our Border Collie there to see Dr. Good, who was already our amazing doctor. All of those pets are gone now, and we have a whole new batch who have been lovingly and expertly cared for by a superb staff. Doctors and their support staff have been so kind, reassuring, competent, and extremely professional at every visit! We have always felt as well cared for as our pets, and we all love going in. The clinic is clean, organized, and staffed with very sweet, friendly and understanding staff members. Mollie Anne, Norman T, and Ruby Jean all look forward to going to "the doctor", who is never scary!

The staff at Alcor Cresta is fantastic. Humberto & Dr. Chris Moore saw us today for a walk-in emergency appt for our dog. We've had Humberto see our dogs before and he is always amazing. Today was our first time seeing Dr. Moore and he was equally as amazing. The entire staff at Alcor Cresta is warm & friendly and I can't recommend them enough.
