Alder Storage is clean, convenient and close to town. The units are very spacious and the roads are well maintained. Although rates were recently raised, we were given a 60 day notice, which was fair and reasonable. Christal was very easy to work with and I have not encountered any problems!
I’ve had a storage unit with alder for 5-6 years they have been absolutely wonderful to work with, my unit was nice and clean when I got it and they keep it accessible in the winter months! I’ve never had anything damaged while in storage! They have always been available if I had any issues. They were patient and understanding with me when my wallet was stolen and I had to change my form of payment and again when my card was compromised. I encourage and recommend Alder Storage to anyone looking for storage to contact them with any storage unit needs!!!
I've been renting from Alder storage for 3 years and they have been great to work with. They keep the access to the buildings clear of snow in the winter months which is a huge plus! I have rented other storage units with other businesses and Alder storage is by far the best one I've had! Getting ahold of them is easy unlike past experiences with other storage facilities.
I decided to go with alder storage after hearing about the wonderful experience my boyfriend had with them. Unit rental was a quick and easy process compared to other units around town, and Christal is very flexible and easy to work with. My unit/the surrounding unit area has always been extremely clean, quiet, and well maintained. It is easily accessible from the road, and every time I have been there in the winter the lot has always been thoroughly plowed and kept up. The prices are fair for the unit size and quality of the area. Hands-down one of the best units in town! They're also directly next to a uhaul pickup/drop off location, which makes moving into the units super convenient, because you don't have to drive the uhaul back into town.
Alder is very clean and ease of access is top notch, especially in winter - they are consistent with plowing and I have never had an issue accessing my unit. My belongings are in a safe, clean dry place and that eases my mind. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with!

Alder Storage is a clean and dry storage, locally run. They provide locks for your unit too! They also inspect their units before they rent to new folk. Ms Silta is fabulous to work with, fast on replies.
Reasonably priced storage unit with a responsive landlord had some ice buildup prevent me from getting into my unit in March, but they took care of it
