I pulled in the parking lot at 745 and there was an employee holding the door that shook her head at me like. I could. Not come in. She was very rude and distasteful about it. All I wanted was to grab a few things I doubt it would of taken me five minutes. They need some training on customer service
I like the layout of the store. The employees are always friendly and go extra mile to help you out. Very clean and well organized.
Anytime I want healthy and cheap food, I go to Aldi. I've been shopping there for roughly 9 years now, and I've never had a bad experience. However, the past 3 years or so the staff has been absolutely terrible to all of their customers. They take no regard into how they treat their customers, their attitudes, how they bag items, etc. There is never more than one register open at a time, so the lines get really long, and other on duty workers and even the managers refuse to go and open another register to allow for more people to shop. There are two employees in particular that I have a problem with and are always rude and disrespectful to me and the other customers. One employee, her name is Erin I believe, rushes customers to place down their items regardless of their fragility, takes no regard to the fragility of items when placing them into carts, and has no patience for her customers. On numerous occasions she's placed our items into a cart, wouldn't allow us to take the cart to the counter to bag our items, and just starts checking out other customers, also placing their items into the same cart with our stuff in it. Multiple times I've had to deal with her, and every time she is horrible to her customers and their groceries. The other day I went and I didn't see her at the register, so I thought i didn't have to deal with bad service and attitudes, however I was sadly wrong. This employee spoke to us the whole time with a horrible attitude and he had the nerve to not allow numerous customers to use carts to hold their many items. I do not have the name of this employee at the moment, but I can assure you he is no better than Erin. If you're looking for good, healthy, and cheap products, go to Aldi. I love the store and its products, and I have no problem with the company itself. However, if you choose to go to this Aldi, expect bad customer service, unthoughtful employees, and a lazy staff.
Love this place. It's probably the only grocery store that has the cheapest prices on virtually everything without compromising on quality.
Nice deals, fun finds, friendly staff. Great prices for good foods in a small sized store you can spend time in finding some nice vegetarian options and not have to walk miles inside store. Enjoyable shopping!
Small and sufficient! However if you can, avoid Erin as your cashier. she piled 12lb of oranges on eggs, even after verbally notifying her! she continued throwing items in the cart as I was saving the eggs. I already front loaded the conveyor with the delicate items first! Rest of staff are nice.
Great, clean store with amazing prices on everything. Fast and easy to get in and out with real people working there. Not just machines.
On average, Aldi has long been home to the lowest grocery prices available. I remeber paying 2 dollars for a gallon of milk when it was twice that at Payless, County Market, etc. Though, I will say, Aldi prices have slowly risen, they are still cheaper overall. The stores are nice and clean too. Super fast checkouts and well stocked shelves. Aldi is key to feeding our family at a price we can afford.
My wife was looking for tulip bulbs to plant but they were sold out . They said they would not be reordered.
Awesome prices, easy to navigate, and curbside pick-up is great. The best part is if a cart is left in the parking lot a kid will magically appear and take it to its correct position for the quarter...
