I went to this store on 9-2-23 at 11:00 am They were closed about an hour later still closed there was nothing on the door saying sorry were opening late or even closed for the day. I keep hearing they are closed more than open. When I have been in there the isles are a complete mess you can't get around It is one of the stores you dread going into.
The floor is very dirty and the store manager does not even say anything to the customer coming in the door . I am really unhappy about this situation.
If I’m looking for a place that’s not busy I come here. I’m sure they get a lot of business. I just like how quiet it is. Prices are slightly higher on most things. Check the app before going. I like that I can go in, grab what I need and get out. Only use it for convenience.
If I could give less I would! Get rid of the current manager! The store is never open. I'll go up the block to Meijer for now on. I'm done!
West Lafayette klondike loc Horrible experience. Product lying on the floor . Mgr complained she was too busy to deal with things even after i fell and suffered from a hairline fracture to my foot.
Always disorganized, and when you find what you are looking for, it's over-priced.
Pay your employees better so you can keep people hired. The store is so full of stock carts and totes that you can't even walk through! Hours are forever changing and only opened from 8 to 2 now? May as well close the entire store down. I'd be humiliated if my store looked like this.
completely incompetent management unable to read there own receipts. wouldn’t give me the time of day or allow me to explain myself regarding an error when ringing up my items. this is the first time ive ever left a negative review of any business honestly never thought i would but wow ive never had a worse experience anywhere ever
Reasonably good select for store size. Aisles are normally a bit crowded with stock on carts or boxes to be unstacked as they normally only have 1 or 2 employees. Always friendly, convenient. Reasonable prices. Good stop for snacks and Mexican Coca-Cola
When I was waiting 7 people deep in line and asked the other crew member to help out. He informed he that she meaning the new girl had to learn to get faster some how and she c was doing fine. Seriously? What happened to team work? Customer service? I just left my purchase behind because she waited in one person in 5 minutes and didn't know how to process the credit card the customer was using.
